Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only negative is because it is an historic building they cannot install a lift - you have to take your suitcase up 1 or 2 flights of stairs, so it’s poor for accessibility.
It was in a very good location in the centre of town and a couple of minutes walk to trams and busses. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. Rooms were a decent size and the breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful too.

United KingdomWe have stayed before and even in the same room. As its at the top of the building it gets hot and stuffy when it's warm weather but if we left the window open at night we were disturbed by the noise of nearby premises clearing out rubbish. Same noises early in the morning. Hence we slept badly.
The location is excellent for transport and shops and being central. The breakfast room is nice and relaxed. Nice to have an outdoor courtyard as well especially when it's warm weather. Breakfast was fine though I missed having filmjölk! The choices were a little limited but everything was fresh and great to have coffee/ tea on offer through the day too. We were able to check in early as our room was ready which really helped us enjoy being in Gothenburg.

Great location in the heart of Gothenburg yet still quiet for a great nights sleep. Bed was very comfortable and a great shower. Great value for money and walkable to all attractions.

Perfect location, city center. Despite that it is located in city center, nights were very quiet. Good breakfast, nice staff. And everything was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. Also a big plus-We arrived after check in time past 21:00, we received the door code to enter the hotel and on the counter was an envelope with our name on it, with room keys. Everything was easy to find and understand. Definitely suggesting this place

SloveniaThe room we got was a bit too small but doable if you need it only to sleep in. Personally, I think the water in the shower could be a bit hotter but other than that, I had no negative observation.
The hotel is located in the very centre of Gothenburg which is definitely of a big value. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast consists of various options (sweet, savoury). Very comfortable, very soft bed.

Charming smaller hotel right in the centre of Gothenburg close to central station, shops and restaurants. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Would like to stay there again!

AustraliaAs a sleep expert by day, I did notice a dripping sound coming from the heater or the in-room fridge. I was OK with it but others may find it distracting.
Great location between Gothenburg Central Station and the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try the breakfast. Room was very clean and roomy, and I was surprised to see that the cleaning staff cleaned and put away my dirty dishes when I was at work during the day - (tack så mycket!). As a sleep expert by day, I can say that the bed, linen and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchenette had the right amount of cutlery and utensils.

LatviaNo teaspoons in tea/coffee preparation set - that seemed strange. Standard breakfast - I was hoping for some local specialties (like some type of fish? Maybe cottage cheese? Anything at all to make southern Sweden breakfast instead of boring basics).
Room was very clean and warm (important because I was travelling in cold and rainy conditions). In the bathroom were separate floor heating and heated towel rack - all of those options adjustable according to individual needs!! The mattress was especially comfortable:)
