Liked The price of apartment and having a bus stop nearby, number 6 bus took us in the heart of centre and at the station from where we took the train to Stockholm, We arrived late after reception was closed but had excellent communication from hotel on how to collect keys.

Beware that although parking is free, you have to get a permit from the reception and place it in your car otherwise you'll get a fine... If you check in late, they'll put it in the key box. Unfortunately, were not aware of this and missed the permit and we had to pay a 80 euro fine.

Very good value for the price. It is definitely not the most central location but we were aware of this and rented a car; furthermore, the area is surrounded by forests and pathways where you can take a nice stroll, the nearest supermarket is about 20 min by foot, 5 min by car, and there are several scooters that you can rent in the area. Internet connection was good, which is a must for us as we work remotely.

No family rooms were available. I would have prefered if my family of 3 stayed together in one room. Had to pay for 2 rooms where 3 of us could have stayed comfortable in just one apartment.

Location is very quite and very near the public transport which can take you to the Centre of Uppsala. Apartment was very clean.

Full parking when arriving late in the evening. Had to find a parking spot on my own. The view is over a industrial complex and can be dissapointing if you are looking for a romantic view.

Easy check in. Clean room. Near Uppsala centre, great parking spot, but sometimes the parking was completely occupied and needed to park nearby.

Cleanliness: while sheets were clean, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was low - floor was dirty from place to place, chairs have clearly not been cleaned for a while. Window isolation: we stayed at ground floor and unfortunately had to improvise insulation for windows with our towels, as the past days in Uppsala were pretty cold. Parking can get really crowded after 8 PM, so you should be prepared for this situation and take it into account if you come by car. Personnel is not necessarily friendly and looking forward to helping you if you encounter a situation you would have not expected (e.g. We have expressly asked for a room anywhere but not on the ground floor a month prior to our stay. Our request was not accommodated and the lady at the reception asked if we would like to cancel our booking instead of trying to solve the situation).

The apartments have almost everything you might need for your stay: from shower gel and dishes to kitchen electrical appliances and a TV with Netflix. Parking is convenient, with four electric charging slots reserved from 07:00 to 24:00 and plenty of parking sports. Bus station is in the vicinity, and the area is quiet (Fyrislund). If you are up for a walk, you’ll find a shopping area (incl. IKEA, Coop, Lidl) at ~30 minutes walking distance. Price: it offers a lot for the low price. To be honest, nowadays is hard to find anything below 100 EUR per night, regardless of the conditions. Honestly, I don’t understand the bad reviews saying that the area and people entering the accommodation are weird. That is, in my honest opinion, pure racism. Clearly, some of the apartments in the building are rented long-term for workers at the nearby industrial areas (most of them coming from Eastern Europe). If being dressed in work clothes and carrying groceries in your room, while not speaking Swedish or English is odd, I give up.

We stayed 9 nights, although there is a kitchen, with oven, hob and fridge, could do with a microwave and a few more pots and pans, cutlery 🍴 etc.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions when the apartments were newly built. The apartments are starting to look a little worn out and could do with a revamp at some point. Good bus transport close by.

I have stayed here many times before. I like the size of the rooms and the convenience of self catering as opposed to hotels. You have pretty much everything on your doorstep.

The room always smelled like smoke. Our ventilation seemed to suck in all the cigarette smoke, and every time we cracked open a window, there were always people smoking right below our balcony or somewhere out in the yard.

The location is quite far away from city center, so you need a car to reach it. Nevertheless, if you travel with a car and for working reasons it is perfect, as it is not difficult to reach and has a large parking area.

The host has been very kind and collaborative. The rooms are clean, large and well equipped.

Slow wifi, noisy refrigerator

Clean, pleasant room, good parking, friendly staff. Very good value for the price. TV and kitchen in each room was a surprise, we thought it would be a shared facility.

We never got the TV working, no instructions - but we think the batteries in the remotes were dead? So, maybe a little more attention to detail needed. Would be good to provide more information about bus services, etc. in room.

Located outside of the centre of town, but free parking and excellent value for money. Clean and all you need to eat and sleep for a few days. I would return!

The internet/wifi at this property was nonexistent! It was so slow! People talking in the hallway rather than in their rooms.

We stayed here for 29 days! It was good value for money! You can walk to the store from the hotel-Lidl! You can also walk to the city centre! Yaki the young lady at the reception was very friendly and polite!
