How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bed where not so comfort. Pillows small and thin. If you got muscle tensions on neck, you get more after 1 night sleep.
The breakfast was very nice. There is a shuttle who drives you to the airport

For a perfect stay, I would have liked a minifridge.
I liked the free transfer. I was happy with the helped I got. I booked the wrong transfer 2 times, but you helped me by changing the time. I loved the shower, the waterpressure and temperature was amazing.

The location requires a shuttle from the airport that has to be scheduled and doesnt run super regularly. Its also a bit tricky to get to public transport.
Nice room and shower. Great front desk help. Clean and comfortable.

Very disappointed in the quality of the dinners. Most unimpressive. Also had lots of difficulty getting a shuttle back to the hotel after returning rental car. No one came and the telephone numbers did not work. Cost me 450 kronor

Though the room is big, there is no desk in the room.
The hotel is pretty close to the airport, about 5 mintues driving distance. The room is spacious. onsite parking is easy and cost-free. The breakfast is okay.

If bar food was available on Sundays and Mondays ie hot food.The bar could be wa rmer front door causing a big heat loss.Excellent helpful kind staff at reception and beautiful warm breakfast. Would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Bathroom was not as clean as I expected. Clean bathroom and spotless bed sheets-towels are all what makes the difference. And although they have good Co working space, a small table in the room would be nice.

A good hotel for a night layover or if you're for a business in Arlandastad. Breakfast is really good. Lobby area is somehow cosy, it is nice to spend evenings down there.

It was not possible to charge our electric car, the receptionist did not know how to charge (when I went out I saw that you can only charge with app, which could not be downloaded from Google Play). Therefore, I had to go to another charging station in the middle of the night.

I understand that apparently you had to say in advance the night before if you want your room to be cleaned, but it also says in their policy that either way they at least check your room. Well we had a very full trashcan that they didn’t empty. So we just did it ourselves because we didn’t wan the diaper and food smell in the room.

We would welcome to have a kettle for tea or coffee in the room. Also we couldnt open the window in our room as the air in the room wasn´t fresh. We didnt like scrambled eggs at the breakfast. Their consistency was strange and they were not tasty. Also we didnt like much the bread at breakfast. We would prefere more crispy and fresh bread.
In general this hotel provides nice services and the stuff is very friendly, also to children. We will come back again. The breakfast is wonderful except those 2 things that I mentioned below.

I got a ticket for parking in the wheel chair area and I had a wheel chair pass. I got a tickert for &100.00 US
