My room was small but lovely, the shared bathrooms small but clean, kitchen was very good with plenty of seating and storage and cooking space. I loved the decor in the charming old house, which was easy walking distance from the railway station and all sights around town.

Bathrooms were very dirty even after the cleaner had been there. There was blood on the toilet seat and toilet paper on the floors..

Great location, lovely staff and the rooms and public spaces were very nice.

The message with check-out instructions (door code) etc. was sent only one day after our actual check-in, which created some extra hassle. Make sure that you receive the check-in instructions beforehand!

It wasn't very cozy but that didn't bother us. The beds made a lot of noise and one of the toilets got clogged up, also the room was small and corridors very narrow.

It was a nice small place, we were in a small room with 3 people. Location was pretty good, all the main places were just down the road and Uppsala's center is small enough that everything was close by.

The communal toilet was a bit on the small side, but that seems to be a normal thing in Sweden. The entrance door was a bit tricky, it took us some time to figure out how to get out of the building.

The location was perfect for us, close to the central station and supermarkets. The room was cozy and clean. There was an extra heater available and lots of electrical outlets. The beds were simple but comfortable. There was a nice communal kitchen, clean and well equipped.

The pillows and the bolsters felt old and worn out. The lamp över the bed didn’t work. It was not especially well cleaned, I found small papers and old “snus” behind the bed and hair on the chair. The room was cold.

There is a nice and cosy atmosphere. Simple but friendly. Lovely with the old fashion furnitures and a well equiped kitchen. The coffe in the kitchen was really nice, I had my own breakfast.

Not too much! It took a bit long for the shower to get warm, but that did not bother me too much. If you want to put some effort in environmental issues: waste separation would be a good investment

Code check-in - my plane was late and I took the wrong train, making my delay run up to two hours. Despite that, I could open the door and feel comfortable without having to make any additional arrangements. Beautiful old building. Good spirit.

It was a bit cold in the room

Very cold at night. I turned on electric heater which burned oxigen in my small room. Beds are very uncomfortable. Pilows are chipest. I woke up with headache every morning. If owners invest in bads and heating, that will be worth money.

Location is near the Central station. Rooms are clean. Free coffee.

The upstairs shower was really tiny and didn't smell well. However, all other facilities were fantastic. No closet (but not a must).

The place was nicely decorated, a cosy place to sleep. It was quiet and clean. The location was great, close to the central station and the center with all the main attractions being reachable by foot. Well equipped and spacious kitchen. Free coffee and tea.

Rather small bathroom. Somewhat like a self-check-in (a bit sad) – but they have a sister ho(s)tel and the staff there help you out if you have any questions and they are very nice.

It is a good Hostel, with a lot of details from the Victorian times and modern Ikea. The room was kind of hot even when we turn of the heater, the WC/Duschen was shared, the shared Kitchen was on the first floor (could be more cleaned but this is a problem from the guests not the Hostel), if you want breakfast you have the Hotel and pay 9€ to eat there.
