Great hotel in the very center of Stockholm, I could check-in in the morning as I arrived in Stockholm earlier. Very good breakfast, central location, nice hotel staff.

Main complaint with 3 Radissons we stayed in is that restaurant only offered expensive full buffet breakfast. At the other 2 we had to leave the hotel for reasonably priced a la carte alternative. At least here there was a separately owned but attached coffee shop One concierge could not answer the most basic questions about restaurants or directions. He appeared to be inadequately trained for his role

Parking facilities of this otel have to be improved. It is my 3rd here and I am still struggling to find parking entrance. Even you do it, it is still hard to contact someone for you to open the door.

Great and central location. Very spacious lobby and bar so we could easily spend time while waiting for our room to be ready. 12 o’clock checkout was great and even breakfast was until 12! Very friendly and helpful staff who did a great job to accommodate us during the whole weekend which was quite hectic and many people due to the Taylor Swift concert!

The room with an excellent city view was provided to me . The room was completely quiet with nice soundproofing. The location was very good with Stockholm central station & numerous restaurant nearby. Most of the attractions are very close to the hotel. Highly recommended

This is a very pleasant hotel. The location is great, and the rooms are spacious, which is not often the case in Stockholm. The breakfast is copious, the staff very helpful and the bar at the top is really nice. It was very practical to be close to the train station and to the direct train to the airport. The neighborhood is safe.

The first room I was offered was opening to an INDOOR courtyard under construction with scaffolding in front of the window, no fresh air, and no light, literallyimpossibleto tell light from day in the room. Who on Earth thought this was a good design idea? And who on Earth in the hotel management thought it was OK to rent such a substandard accommodation at a premium rate? If those rooms came heavily discounted and signposted while construction is ongoing, it *may* be acceptable. This way: bordering on a scam. Thankfully, the staff moved me to a room with access to fresh air. In the end, I had no time for the pool, but why is there an additional charge to use it? Pool use is standard practice in establishments of this level. It feels mean.

Location is second to none: three minutes' walk from the Arlanda Express and commuter trains, which meant I was 15 min away from the Stockholm Fair where my conference was, extremely handy. Great breakfast. Fantastic staff accommodated my early check-in and late check out and changed my room--I was initially given a room opening to an INDOOR courtyard under construction with scaffolding: no light, no air, panic attack-inducing scenario in which I could not stay and they sorted me out.The staff in breakfast room are fast and efficient, really commendable and breakfast selection is excellent. Make sure to book a room with an outside view.

The only complaint is that there isn’t a proper wardrobe in the room, but it wasn’t an issue for us.

The hotel is at a great location, literally right next to the Central station (with all of the buses, trams and metro trains stopping there). There are restaurants, cafes and grocery stores near by. The room was spacious and clean. We have had some issues at the check in, being assigned the wrong room 2 times, but the staff was pleasant about it and upgraded us to a bigger room for our troubles. They were also helpful whenever asked about anything. All in all, great stay.

We stayed in the family room. 2 big kids and 2 adults. Sofa bed is very comfortable as well unlike other sofa bed experiences. The room is big enough to have luggages. Bar downstairs after visiting city and having dinner is really a nice alternative you dont need to find elsewhere to have a drink. And the location it is really in the middle of everywhere a perfect location. Coming from the airport it is less than 5 min walking distance. Old city is 15-20 mins walking distance. Shopping 10 mims walking distance.

Figuring out how to park at the hotel was very difficult and by the time we figured it out there were none left. The upstairs bar/restaurant was closed on a Sunday, and we were looking forward to patronizing it.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. The hotel was being renovated, so you had to eat breakfast on a building site. We had to pay extra to use the tiny swimming pool.
