We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayOne thing I was just surprised I couldn't find a trash can anywhere besides small in the bathroom.
The hotel is placed in the strict centre and is just a second from shopping streets and malls. The room was breathtaking sooo cool. I loved that stay ! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooftop breakfast - AMAZING. If you're thinking about going to Gothenburg its a place to stay no doubt.

United KingdomIt would have been nice to have a latte with breakfast without having to pay extra. The bedroom curtains did not fully close which meant a lot of light early in the day and also they did not have tie backs which was disappointing for such an opulent style room. Also on our first morning it was either a very early sitting for breakfast as the hotel was very full , or take a chance and hope for a table later , we were offered to sit in the bar on the ground floor but that did not really work well and although there was outdoor seating next to the breakfast room the weather was not so good on that morning.these are not really complaints , more observations
Really nice hotel, good breakfast with plenty of choice , really loved the yogurt and berries, and interesting cooked breakfast. Nice setting for breakfast on the top floor with outside setting weather permitting. The bedroom was richly decorated and very comfortable bed, and the shower was also very good.We have stayed on a previous occasion and love the overall rich feel of the hotel , the paintings and photographs give a feel of stepping into a rich past.

EstoniaSome things didn't work, the bathroom sink drain lock was broken and 1 lamp didn't work in bathroom so it was too dark to do my make up.
We chose this hotel because we had a plan to visit Gothenburg Opera. We were delighted, the interior of the hotel completely matched the mood of our trip. Compliment for Breakfast. It was truly delightful and satisfying. The bed was extremly comfortable, I slept like a baby!

Our stay at the Pigalle was fantastic! The accomodations were comfortable, the decor wonderful and the staff top rate! My husband commented that he felt the service was the best so far on our trip and I agree. Oh, let's not forget the breakfast. . . such a range of options and everything was wonderful.

AustraliaThe physical keys with tassels. I realise their old-Parisian charm but they were clunky to carry around. I got an internal room so I couldn't tell what the weather was by looking out the window.
The designers of this hotel have left no detail untouched. The historical Paris theme is executed throughout and all of these touches, from the wallpaper to the decor, add to the feeling like you've stepped into that world. I slept well in my bed (the lighting could've been brighter), and had great chats with Simon, while having a beer in the bar next to reception.

This might be my favourite hotel in the world after just one night. It is such a wonderfully quirky little place, but at the same time unbelievably comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful design of the rooms and the central areas. The breakfast was outstanding - lots to choose from and wonderful quality. I told them I was vegan the night when I checked in and when I got to breakfast less than 10 hours later, they had a little plate of vegan ham and cheese and butter ready for me which was good quality and very thoughtful. They also wrapped a little roll of it for me to take on the train. The staff all seem really happy working here - a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms were so clean, powerful shower. And oh my...the bed! I could have slept in it for days. Can you tell I LOVE this place?!

SwedenThe room wasn't very big with most of the useful space occupied by the bed leaving no space for a table or even a good armchair.
Great location, right by the central station and only a couple of minutes away from city center. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel itself is repurposed historic building with stunning interior and a very cosy feel. Loved the view from the room to the canal. Breakfast deserves a separate mention, it was delicious with just the right amount of options.
