Very good breakfast with a lot of healthy options and nice availability of gluten free food. Location very good, travelled with ferry many times. Close by places to eat and to buy food.

I was scared by the receptions about the stories of "parking university" graduates who patrol around the hotel to catch innocent foreigners who have no clue about Swedish parking regulations. However reality was much nicer, there was plenty of space in the nearby area just 50m away and with a bit of efforts it was possible to pay for it through the app.

It’s not so easy to find the address on a Google since that hotel belonged to Radisson. You can notice that Radisson branding is all over the place including main entrance. The hotel is pretty outdated and should be renovated first. I wouldn’t say that this is a 4 star hotel but in general, it was pleasant experience

No bedside table but a strange kind of step on the wall at the beds' side, not the most comfortable perhaps. On the last day we asked for packed breakfast since we needed to leave earlier, the staff promptly addressed our query but the content of the bag was a little sad. Totally acceptable since it was the 1st of January, but having in mind what you could eat the day before, that looked out of place

Very nice hotel, everything smooth getting the room and nice staff. Breakfast was rather various with also some local food (nothing too fancy perhaps but something you'd like to try in Sweden). Cosy rooms with enough amenities, nothing exceptional but great for the price. Location slightly outside the city but full of facilities and stores nearby plus a tram station at 3 minutes bringing you everywhere (we always needed to change but you are in about 15 minutes in the center and 1 hour 20 minutes in the airport, public transport is as efficient as you would expect).

To me it felt like the room needs a little refurbishment, the floor and the walls were quite amortized. Occasionally, there was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom.

Extremely helpful and polite staff. The rooms are simple, yet have everything you need. Our room was cleaned and arranged daily. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of variety and delicious food and drinks. Very easy to find the hotel, it is super close to tram station. Warm and cosy place, great experience for me and my family.

Some days capacity of breakfast area was not enough, we had to wait 15-20 mins to find a table

Despite the fact that Swedish kitchen did not attracted us that much, this hotel provides variety options in breakfast menu. On top of it, personnel was so kind, check in was pretty fast, satisfied with daily cleaning, mountain view of room 1304 was also very nice

One of our rooms wasn't cleaned from the previous guest and so we ended up having two rooms on separate floors meaning our kids were separated from us. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The staff accommodated our request for rooms close together. However we ended up being 2 floors apart. Good breakfast buffet. Public transport close by.
