The WLAN wasn't very strong, there was little toilet paper and the shower wasn't fully closeable.

The beds were comfy, smart TV was there, bathroom was pretty. As we lost a credit card, the personal did everything to help us - even came by and searched themselves. The staff was super friendly!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming since day 1. I didn't know there was access to a fully equipped kitchen and access to washing machines, and that was certainly a bonus. The bedroom was very large and comfortable. Also, it's located walking distance to the bus stop that leads to the city centre in 15 mins. Overall, I really recommend it.

Nothing in particular but you could say the location other than that it was perfect stay for me and I would like to mention again the nice hospitality especially from Mr. Fouad and Mis Sandra.

It was a few old furnite. And when you go out from the hotel. Even from outside door (entrance) till elevator and floor 3 smells so bad, smoking cigarets.

Everything was super clean and room was cozy.

I suffer from a sensitive back due to disease and injuries, this single bed was not as good as the doubles I've used in previous stays there.

Locked myself out bt mistake on christmas eve, help still arrived quickly! Was no problem to get new batteries for the TV remote either.

Staff are so lovely and helpful. Handy location close to bus, shops, supermarket, great pizza restaurant, nice walkways and easy walk to heritage park. Really well equipped kitchen, nice lounge.

All was good. Door can be a bit tricky the first time, but easy if you have received the text instructions.

Good location close to busses, supermarket, great pizza shop, walks, and green spaces, children's playgrounds, doctors and pharmacy. Easy walk to historical village with local farm animals and birds (Vallby Friluftsmuseum) which is free to walk around, lots to explore and learn about. Quiet rooms with large private bathrooms, full size fridge freezer, wardrobes, TV, desk, tea and coffee making, good Wifi. Comfortable beds with ALL linen supplied, no hidden costs 😊 Huge clean kitchen and dining room with multiple sets of everything you need. Comfortable separate lounge, nicely decorated, to relax in. Also well equipped laundry available. Hosts and staff all really helpful and easy to communicate with. We extended our stay and will return. Good for long or short stay. Highly recommend.

Missing hair dryer and more washing machines.

I appreciated caring staff. I got recommendation what to visit or where to go to eat. The location was also very convenient and close to supermarket and necessary places. The fridge is in your room and just for yourself which is also great. The kitchen is huge and clean, you can find there everything you need to cook any kind of food.

The entrance is shared with the local school I think and was a little run down, just as one can expect in schools. The rooms windowsill and skirting boards were pretty worn but the rest was in great shape.

Good value for money with the option to use the kitchen for e.g. making breakfast and had a full size fridge-freezer in the room. The fridge was spectacularly clean as was the rest of the room. The kitchen was also clean but it is obviously used regularly due to its convenience and full set of utensils so don’t expect “showroom style” looks… it is a kitchen. The location is convenient if you want easy car access and easy free parking as opposed to hotels in the center. There is a supermarket within walking distance and also a Pizzeria nearby.

Crack in the mirror. Not so important, but still.
