Exceptional experience of this newly renovated place! Our room was spacious. Although it's just the two of as a couple. It is perfect for family as there is an added room with a double deck bed in the room. A perfect place in the city centre right beside the biggest theme park. Service was helpful and great from our first check-in upon an early arrival. The public transport was outside too. And the restaurants had impeccable service. The Breakfast spread is a MUST include!

very children friendly - excellent for families visiting Liseberg theme park as the park is 1minute outside the hotel- wife lost the kids at reception as soon as they saw the slide that goes from first floor back down to reception area - was a ritual to use first thing in morning to breakfast plus all the other times at night- wide selection at breakfast and eat or as little as you fancy - it was basically a Swedish version of Disney - really very very good - (almost better ;0))) excellent rooms for families as the children has bunk beds in separate area than the large double bed

I would have liked the room to have been able to get cooler. I was sweating at night because I like a room cold, but the air does not go below 19.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was the perfect combination of whimsical luxury meets family friendly hotel. We loved all of the attention to detail put into creating such an amazing atmosphere. We also liked the numerous eating options onsite. One night we ate at the wonderful a la carte rooftop asian restaurant and the next we had burgers at the lobby cafe. We enjoyed the breakfast brunch very much as well. We also loved the Elf story time for the kids at 7pm and the cinema room available to them. And not to mention, the beautiful restored carousel in the lobby that our kids rode dozens of times. We cant wait to go back!

We had a view of the building site for the new water park which was pretty grim. Lots and lots of young children in all the public areas running round having fun. Great if you are travelling with a young family, less so if you are not!

Clean, nicely decorated and right next to Liseberg Park. Tram stop outside to get into the city. Good buffet breakfast. Layout of the room great for families with a curtained off bunk bed area that can sleep up to 3 as well as the large double bed.

During peak breakfast time there is overflow, if you don't book in time and even get it a little later or earlier than the referred time the restaurant is overflowing with people and you have to sit in the lounge. Also, what's without trays and lack of teaspoons? And for those who smoke, for the love of God put a few cigarette bins outside, you aren't going to stop people smoking so the best thing you can do is make bins available so there isn't a dirty mess of cigarette butts all around the hotel grounds.

Beautiful and imaginitive setup that the kids loved, like the slide to get down. Best breakfast ever with very pleasant staff. Very comfy and beautiful rooms. So much thought and good design. Perfect for a family.

Quirky, fun, beautiful decor and atmosphere. Rooms were well designed and extremely comfortable. Food was excellent and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Can’t wait to return

One member of staff really let the team down. She was on the carousel and clearly despised children. She made up rules on the spot.

Only that there is no room service but we can easily get food downstairs and bring them to the room.

It was picture perfect, great location to the Liseberg Amusement Park and even to the city center and train station, spacious rooms for families, great facilities for children especially and also very nice staff. The food at breakfast and also at the restaurants were quite good and reasonably priced.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful but what really makes it sparkle is the staff. Exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities for kids are brilliant however would be a lovely option for couples too with the cafe, bar and rooftop restaurant. Every single part of the hotel made our trip extra magical for Christmas.

To be honest there is not much things you can think to complaint. Perhaps one would be the opening hours of the gym room being too limited. Appreciate if some benefit for the visitors to Liseberg for staying in this hotel as well.

The room is decorated beautifully. The staffs are very nice and informative. The breakfast is very good with lots of different food. The room is clean and corridor is clean as well. Love the slide in second floor to the ground floor. Also, the room price is very economical.

Room was on second floor and understandably noisy with children using slide from 7am. But there was actually a door that could have been kept closed into corridor. I asked for quiet room as arrived late and was put on nosiest. Minor impact on lovely weekend
