The room was smaller than I expected.

The location to all the museums and attractions is great. It is opposite the ABBA museum and a tram into the centre of Stockholm. The breakfast was very good. We were visiting for a birthday and they gifted us chocolates in our room on arrival which was a charming touch.

Breakfast was quite boring. I would say there's everything you need and that's it. Nothing special, the same as any other 4star hotel in Stockholm. It was no cream for coffee (but lactose free milk and vegan milk were there). So you pay higher price just for the location.

Everything was great: location, facilities, friendly staff. There's always some space on the parking lot. Good air conditioning in the room and I love la:brucket soap.

We had a really great time at this hotel. The service was awesome, and the location was perfect. Even though we got there early, they let us check in without any extra charges. There were lots of cool things to do nearby, and the breakfast was amazing. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Would be good if the breakfast was more ‘Swedish’. It’s not much different from a chain hotel. Would have liked better rye bread, salmon, herring, etc.

Great location next to Abba The Museum, Cirkus theatre, Skansen, Grona Lund etc on a beautiful island. Tram no.7 right outside, and ferry across the road. However very quiet location. Lovely breakfast room. Friendly staff.

The rooms are a little dark making putting make-up on a challenge. It’s a way out of the centre.

A very nicely presented hotel - beautiful aesthetic. Staff very helpful indeed. Breakfast plentiful - something for everyone. Excellent flat whites at breakfast time!

Excellent food served at both breakfast and in the restaurant. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Room and ensuite was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Very helpful with taxis and excellent English spoken.

Room allocation system could have been better. Since my booking was in mid-Feb for a mid-Mar check-in, was expecting my request for a (really) high floor could be met, without having to make another request at check-in. Overall, nothing bad that would deter a return stay.

Was initially given a level 3 room overlooking courtyard altho' I had asked for a high floor. Check-in receptionist took my request and her morning colleague was able to chnage my room the next day to level 5. Although higher, view not seawards, but is OK. Breakfast had good variety but could be better if there were more leafy greens for salads and more hot foods other than the standard scrambled eggs, sausage, meat balls and bacon. Location is superb. Right opposite the amusement park Grona Lund and ABBA museum. Within very short walking distance were The Viking Museum, Vasa Museum, Museum of Wrecks, Nordic Museum etc. Tram No. 7 from T-Centralen stops almost at door step. The outdoor museum Skasen is just next door.

The awful grey paint on our room walls it made me feel as though I was in a prison cell, not a good colour when the outside light levels were so low.

The staff were lovely very friendly. The food was brilliant and very plentiful. The location is excellent.

There was an strong unpleasant sewage smell in the garage where you park your car, perhaps there was an issue with the drains at the time! Very little food / restaurant options near the hotel, had to walk about 20 - 25 minutes in the center if you didn't want to eat at the hotel or if you wanted more choice. It didn't bother us so much, but after a long day of walking it sometimes felt tiring! Perhaps there are more local things open if you visit in the summer. Otherwise these are just minor things that didn't impact our stay as we had a great time 🙂

Close to popular museums. Walking distance into the city center. Great buffet breakfast choices and very friendly staff! Nice, clean spacious 3 person room with a double bed and extra single fold out bed. Quiet area at the time of visiting in March. Nicely decorated and themed hotel. Would definitely stay again! We were very happy 🙂

A little bit far from city centre (as we already knew). Breakfast could be more diverse. No fridge or minibar in the room. To get to my room i had to go down the stairs and then up again as it was in a wing of the hotel without elevator acces.

Nice location, close to important museums. Parking in area (not free fo charge).
