Staff was not engaging to join hostel activities and even when asked they showed no interest on really explaining whats the spirit of this generator hostel should be. (Felt really low quality) There were many staff people and I tried to ask some help or directions with 3-4 of them and all of them seemed tired and dont want to be bothered. They rather talk to each other. After breakfast the diety dish cart was completely full of plates and cups, up to the point if 5more plates and they will fall and break… but next to it 2 girls in a bar just chitchating, also not caring to clean tables and leaving them dirty and we visitors have to clean ourselves before we sitdown. Private room was very dark on the most sunny days. It had a lot of empty space that could be improved by adding a TV, sofa, some details to cozy up apartment. Toilet was broken so the water sometimes wouldnt stop running.

We could hear the bass from the restaurant still in the 2. Floor. No interaction withe the hostel staff. Bathroom really tiny and a little bit dirty.

A bit stuffy in the rooms -no windows to open.

Clean and comfortable, and efficient. Friendly staff, and a great atmosphere in the cafe and bar areas. Safe and secure for solo travellers.

The lobby was a bit congested at times. International travelers are likely to arrive earlier than their rooms are ready; it would be nice to have temporary free storage without trying to cram bags into multiple storage lockers on the second floor.

I liked the location. It was very convenient to the station and great for taking side trips. I also thought the breakfast was a good deal, but there could have been a bit more variety.

Pillow was flat and flimsy The bathroom had stains on the ceiling and there was an odd smell coming from the drain

Its location was very ideal. The hostel was very vibey and social ! Staff were great and very accommodating. We stayed in a twin room and it was very high up which was good. I loved how secure the hotel/hostel felt aswell

You have to pay for a locker if you want to leave your luggage. You can't bring food from outside to eat. A bit far from the train station / main metro station (15 min). Staff at reception is not so eager to help you, there was 3 people when I got there one time, they all saw me, nobody bothered to say Yes? How can I help you?

Beds don't make noise or move when the person below/over you moves. A lot of hooks to hang your towel/coat/etc. Each bed has a light and more than one plug to charge your phone. Bed was too soft for me but I would say still comfy.

The only negative in the hostel is the fact that in the evening the ventilation system is not really working and that can be a nightmare sometimes , if its a hot day or if someone forgot to have a shower before going to sleep .. I hope it gets fixed before the summer kicks in

I really liked the self checkin which i did when i entered the hostel , its less time consuming in my opinion. The cleanliness of the hostel is also a plus.

The check out time at 10am is earlier than most hotels.

Ventilators weren’t cleaned for months. The chill-out area is dominated by the bar and not intimate ay all.

They said the housekeeping comes to clean everyday. I stayed there two nights and three days and the room wasn’t cleaned. (Dust and used snuss was lying around in the room floor)

Very very uncomfortable bed.And very noisy.One can not move in the bed without a noise.
