Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayUnlike most hotels we did have to pay SEK 200 for parking even with a handicap card. The SPa was more than double the price of SPA in Uddevalla and nothing special about it. I found it highly overrated. The rooftop pool is not a swimming pool rather a relaxation pool. Even when you take elevator down for breakfast there are still a small flight of stairs.
The parking for disabled in the cellar and elevator straight up to the floors. I got a special room for disabled guest with automatic door opener and toilet that had armsupport. Excellent. there was ice cube maker on the floor as well as and a water outlet. Excellent and sentral location with absolute great view from Rooftop bar over the city and river.

perfect location. 5 minutes walk to stora torget where you can find all the busses to various locations (i.e. karlstad university, 10 minutes by bus no 1). comfortable room. don’t forget to bring your own slippers. perfect breakfast. very friendly and helpful staff. and the oscar goes to: the restaurant of the hotel. bishop’s arms. eat fish&chips there.

NorwayThe hotel is quite expensive for a small town with few tourist attractions. The new locations, which form the greater part of the hotel, lack the character of the old-fashioned classic hotel.
The location is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel's core is an old beautiful building with old features, such as al fresco painting and interior details intact in some areas. It gives the hotel a little bit of character.

Lovely hotel, very good breakfast, great location. Spa was amazing, the rooftop pool was the highlight of our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

We think breakfast could be better. Eggs were cold, bacon was cold, ray bread was very very dry. We liked the restaurant, where we dined in the evening. Excellent food and the staff was very friendly. So all in all we had a good stay.

BelgiumIt was rather complicated to navigate the property because of the various wings. You needed to take an elevator to the first floor, then venture through some hallways before taking another elevator to the new wing.
The hotel looks traditional, but has a modern wing with very nice rooms. The view is great and the rooftop deck with pool and bar were a nice surprise.
