The location is very good. Hotel got private garage just next door but you need a keycard to get in. Room is big and very nice breakfast.

The road outside my room (on second floor) was rather noisy. People, music, garbage truck. Could hear it all. So if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay then this may not be it.

Nice and spacious bathroom with a shower over bath. Good natural daylight from big windows that open. Comfortable beds and great wardrobe space.

Some areas in the hallways & bedrooms were a bit tired & in need of touching up.

Excellent location. Staff were friendly & allowed us to check in early. Room was large, with extremely comfortable bed & pillows. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection for all dietary requirements.

Modern room with plenty of space and cupboard space. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Really short walk to restaurants and cafes and Centralstation really was only 7 mins walk. The soundproofing was excellent.

The location is perfect, in the heart of the city center walking distance from everything. The room was nice and the breakfast was very satisfying. The staff was really friendly.

The room was ok but the extra bed that I requested for my 8 years old child was horrible, stiff and hard almost without a mattress, so she shared the bed with us. The wardrobe handle was so sharp so I tore my hand with it. The cleaning service was not the best. They came to make the beds and took out the trash only. The mats were not vaccumed, the bathroom's floor was not cleaned , and there were stains in the bedsheets. The breakfast was ok, I cannot complain much but there were no pasteries.. only corissant. Not too much choices for children. I think the room was over priced but it was expected as it was Easter but I wished more services to be included. Like there was no pool or spa either.

I would say the location is very good but no parking included, so if you travel with a car you have to manage it on your own in puplic parking lots which costs alot.

Not necessarily a problem but I would have liked more options for the hot food at breakfast.

Everything was superb. I had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating my husbands 40th birthday and they were kind enough to leave him a birthday note and a little gift. The rooms were clean, fresh and had all the essentials you could need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to town which I really liked but also close to the train station. I highly recommend them!

I ordered flowers for here birthday, but they did not come in the end. Did not pay for it but they just forgot about it unfortunately . I wished there were vegan protein choice, because eating bread with jam is not very good. They big choice of vegan yogurts but adding some vegan sausages or tofu scramble would be nice

On checking in we were informed that a standard double room has a bed of 1.40 m. If paying 100 SEK extra per night, which we did, we could get a bed of 1.80. I've never heard of this "standard" and find it unacceptable.

Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. Location was perfect.
