Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was quite a lot of crumbs around the edge of the bottom of the mattress on the mattress shelf which made it seem like the cleaning had not done this part. The rest of the room was clean though.
Great location for the airport. The rooms were nicely sized and were quiet and the beds were comfy. A great breakfast was provided from very early to cater to air travellers which allowed us to not have to buy overpriced airport food. Check in and out was quick and efficient.

United StatesThe coldness (in feel, not temperature) of the room. The lack of a comfortable and pretty lounging area.
The hotel is basic, but also perfectly adequate. The room was impeccably clean, and provided everything I needed. It was quite basic and the room could use a bit of cosiness. However, I would take cleanliness and efficiency over cosiness. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The location is an easy walk from my terminal and the train station. Also, the room was shockingly quiet and I slept really well.

XXL room was spacious for 5 people (could easily accommodate 2 more people) and very quiet (with very good noise insulation). Two toilets was very nice surprise, breakfast was great, value for money superb.

Norwaythe direction signs from airport could be little more guiding, as a foreigner I struggled a little bit to find the place. And the price was really high for the small stay I had.
I really liked that it was very close to the terminal, very good view. Breakfast included was a plus. the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my short stay.
