The way the shower is designed is impossible. You cannot have a shower without fully soaking the whole bathroom. Even if we were completely back up in the corner.

At check-in, the hotel receptionist staff charged me extra money to check in one hour before time. Also, the room was crampy. This staff was probably new or she was disinterested in listening to me. But I was lucky to find another receptionist staff was super helpful and she went out of her way to ensure my pet cat and I were comfortable. If there was an award - I would give it to her. For her, my impression of the hotel and my stay became worthwhile. Small gestures go a long way to building public relation! I am unsure if I should name this wonderful staff - she is wonderful treasure for your hotel.

There was quite a lot of crumbs around the edge of the bottom of the mattress on the mattress shelf which made it seem like the cleaning had not done this part. The rest of the room was clean though.

Great location for the airport. The rooms were nicely sized and were quiet and the beds were comfy. A great breakfast was provided from very early to cater to air travellers which allowed us to not have to buy overpriced airport food. Check in and out was quick and efficient.

The coldness (in feel, not temperature) of the room. The lack of a comfortable and pretty lounging area.

The hotel is basic, but also perfectly adequate. The room was impeccably clean, and provided everything I needed. It was quite basic and the room could use a bit of cosiness. However, I would take cleanliness and efficiency over cosiness. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The location is an easy walk from my terminal and the train station. Also, the room was shockingly quiet and I slept really well.

A bit far away form the gates (it is not inside the airport), I was expecting conditioner, shampoo and soap in the bathroom, but it had only soap. Could be better!

Being allergic to home dust and a cleanliness freak, I can say that the room could have been cleaner (for example, the wool carpet).

XXL room was spacious for 5 people (could easily accommodate 2 more people) and very quiet (with very good noise insulation). Two toilets was very nice surprise, breakfast was great, value for money superb.

We had three kids in a family room. The rooms were big enough with two (smaller) double beds. The blankets however were too small for the beds and not wide enough for two.

Breakfast was great, location is good, 5-10 min walk to the terminal, rooms are quiet with good sound proofing for planes starting. Big rooms (family rooms) and nice bathrooms
