Parking lots were too small. Tickets to parking did not work well. The double room was too small.' The bartender forgot to out gin into our gin and tonic so we had to go back to the bar to get the gin in the drin´k

Beds were too soft and lightweight (bouncy). Some signs of shabbiness in room (stain on carpet, broken electrical fixture in wall had been mended with tape (but was fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention), bathtub drain (under tub) needed cleaning - when tub emptied the water backed up all over the floor.

Excellent breakfast. Staff was very accommodating to our small child. Unbeatable location.

The room was a little spartan for a 4 star hotel. No coffee service in the room, no mini-bar, Interestingly, even the telephone did not have a holder, just the phone. No written info in the room (the TV info system was not working properly). Only Sky news available, no BBC or CNN.

The breakfast was excellent, as well as the staff.

Not so service minded at the bar - was kept waiting for an unnecessarily long time while they were discussing some internal matters.

The restaurant/ bar was closed 2 nights of our 3 nights stay … very strange. The window was broken and the sink did not flush. Very basic room. Shower in the bath.

To book a breakfast slot we were asked to do it ourselves by scanning a code. This was extremely annoying because you had to also give a telephone number, an email address and agree to certain terms and conditions!! It also turned out to be completely unnecessary because when I refused to give my data to the restaurant, the reception staff easily and quickly booked breakfast for us. Why can’t they do that in the first place?

Good location right in the center of town and easy walking distance to shops and sights. The breakfast was very good.

Location is great in the city centre. Breakfast was perfect with many varieties and good quality of products. Workers were always helpfull with a smiling face. Child friendly :) Recommended.

Bed needs a new mattress soon. A rug for bathroom would have been nice instead of wiping the floor with toilet paper when wet….

Perfectly located in the centre, a sizeable room with comfortable beds, the Clarion Gillet is one of the good places to stay when visiting Uppsala. The room is modern and stylish, the beds are very comfy and the breakfast is what you can expect in Scandinavia: many choices, including lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan options. Underground paid parking is right underneath the hotel and one of the shopping centres is just one door away. All main Uppsala landmarks are in short walking distance, as well as the central station (about 5 minutes walk away).

the breakfast was good and had lots of options including glutenfree and lactosefree. Coffee was good. The room was normal size (normal for westeuropean standards). Staff was nice and location is almost perfect.

The moderate room I choose did not include a mini fridge. Also no complementary bottled water in the room. Could not connect the tv to Netflix. Other than that, great stay!

Centrally located! Super convenient for exploring Uppsala. Bed was super comfortable. Room had air conditioning and was fresh and pleasant during the summer. Breakfast was incredibly delicious, lots of amazing options!

The breakfast is amazing. So many varieties! The location is also excellent. close to shopping and restaurants in the city center. Also, walking distance to the central train station.

Staff here were great and made sure I got a room with a bathtub so I could get rid of some pains I get when traveling. They also helped with getting a small discount at the parking garage under the hotel as well. Tastey and very big breakfast buffet.

Small room like tiny.

The location is very nice and convenient near station by walk or supermarket or restaurants. Also the room is a bit small to stay with a bid luggage but they are clean and staff are really great.
