Location is perfect, close to restaurants, museums, traffic and points of interest. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Perfect for a short stay.

Beds are not comfortable, duvets were very dirty, closet not functional at all, bathroom very wrongly configurated, soap had mildew in it, no hanger for towels at all in the bathroom. Very unpleasant receptionist who also monitored all the guests during breakfast. Breakfast very poor, limited options. Will not be coming back.

Very noisy both nights we stay - you can hear everything through the walls especially at 4AM when drunk people are returning back to their rooms to continue the party. Of course it is not a fault of the hotel but it makes the stay unpleasant. The breakfast could be of better quality - you can tell the food served (meat balls, eggs, bacon, ham) is not of the best quality. Honestly I would rather go get the breakfast outside.

Good location for where we were attending a concert. Lots of shops and places to eat. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast has such a small window gap that I missed it one of the days I was here. The bathroom was incredibly claustrophobic. The room also gets very warm.

Good quality for a single traveller like myself and was a decent price. The bed was actually very comfortable and was pretty quiet and peaceful in the room. Location is amazing and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Didnt get the correct room even after adressing this to the reception. Just said that he didnt have any other rooms avalible(That was a lie). Small double room with extremly short beds and dirty under the beds when we try to have the beds close to each other. Breakfast boring and with cheese that was dried out. tho coffee was tasting as tea. When we adressed this room issue with Booking the hotel didnt want to respond to them and we only got a lousy 10€ voucher from booking.

Do NOT stay at this place. Its dirty and filthy we refused to stay the night and left after 20 minutes of being in the room. there was a spider and the mattress looks like a crackhead used it.

On entering the lobby having entered the pass code on the front door I went looking for the reception area. There was a sign on the wall indicating reception this way directly into a locked sliding wall. I rang the hotel telephone number as there was no bell or telephone to raise attention, something that I regret not remembering later. On phoning the hotel I guess the manager stepped out of the lift 5-10 minutes later. I was asked to pay for the room up front I would have preferred to have paid for the room at the end of my stay. Informed that breakfast was between 8-10am. Looking back I noticed a WC in the locked reception area. I unpacked and went out to meet friends. I had not slept for 24 hours the time I returned to the hotel it was gone midnight. I had been celebrating my friend’s birthday and I had more drinks than I would normally have had. Accessing the hotel and room was not a problem. I started to get ready for bed I was down to my underwear I had put on my pyjama top and decided I needed to pay a visit to the bathroom. Only problem was I was a little disoriented and went through the door to the room rather than the bathroom. Now here is the rub, no card key and no phone! I’m in my underpants with my pyjama top. I return to the reception area it’s locked there is no bell or telephone available. I wander all the corridors from top to bottom to find a WC. There is none. I’m ashamed to say I urinated in one of the corridors, I had no choice. I was cold and not fully clothed. I’m not going to knock on someone’s door in the state I was in. There was a fire alarm but that wasn’t an option. I lay on the corridor floor for 7-8 hours in the cold. A little after 8am I am guessing because I had no watch two gentlemen walked down the stairs for breakfast. I followed them down to the restaurant / breakfast area. There was no one that I recognised as hotel staff available.

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had a breathtaking view. The amenities were 🔝 . The breakfast options were diverse and the food was delicious. Overall, our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return
