How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Location was a bit far out, but the electric scooters were great. Bike hire from the hotel was quite expensive compared to the street hire ones
Great hotel. Good selection in the restaurant and great service. Visited to see Taylor Swift and the hotel was great at making everyone welcome, with decorations, music, bracelet making etc

There should not be hotel rooms without windows. Some how feels like a prison cell.

Our room didn't have a window which I would've liked. I would also love a mini fridge for our drinks.
I liked the style and vibe of the whole hotel. Everyone I met was super nice and since we were there for the Taylor Swift concert it was so cool that they had a lot of TS-stuff at the hotel.

I went for the Taylor Swift concert and they had a friendship bracelets bar where you could make your own and it was super fun to see everyone doing them together while singing and interacting with other people, such a nice environment. Plus breakfast is full of nice quality food, I asked the chef (a super nice guy from Chile) for the recipe for the gluten free granola cubes and he gave me very good tips.

Standard Rooms are on the small side with little storage space. Can be a bit 'cosy' for two people.
Very stylish, great facilities and restaurants, Lobby bar very cool.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is tiny but really cozy, and the mattress is extremely comfortable. The gym is quite complete, and the hotel is also quite close to the Odenplan transit hub.

A small fridge in the room and a electric kettle to make some tea or coffee. I've had 6 days and honestly a fridge would have made a huge difference.
The most amazing breakfast that I've ever had in a hotel. The bed was really comfy.

Nothing negative
Everything was perfect, beyond my expectations. One of the most comfortable beds in hotel I've been to, very clean bathroom and kind staff, the 24h reception responded immediately to our questions, amazing breakfast with so many options, nice location, great amenities, and the quality-price ratio is very good. I will definitely prefer it again!!!

It is not a big negative but consider that the hotel is 20 min walk from the old town
Amazing design, super clean, the gym is absolutely fully equipped and the breakfast is the highlight. The service is absolutely amazing.

I assumed it would of been 2 single beds, we had no window & it was such a small room.
Breakfast was lovely. Place was modern. Felt safe. Staff were friendly. Check in & out was easy. It was clean & done the job.

Hard to get a car parking, we needed to look for car parking for over 2 hours and i did get little expensive

Our room was super small, but it was affordable. Was worth it for the amenities and customer service, but would have liked a window

Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable as the mattress was extremely soft - but that is of course also depending on the personnel preferences..
The breakfast selection was extremely good and with high quality. The hotel in general has a very cool style, great bar, great atmosphere and very friendly personnel. The location is a bit "far out", we did however walk to gamla stan, vasa museum etc. from there. But there is also the possiblity to take public transportation if you don't want to walk that far.
