We booked a small double which suited our needs well (as well as our budget), however it was small with limited room to move around. We would have also loved a fridge in the room. Next time we stay here we would book a larger room.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Brilliant breakfast included. We would definitely stay here again.

No window in the room and room very small. Expensive for the room on offer. However we knew in advance there was no window.

I was there during the Taylor Swift concerts and the price went up 300% just for these 3 days. The hotel is excellent for the usual price. But i have to put my comment during my stay and based to what i paid. Also they dont have a fridge. If you have something to keep it cool, like a medicine, they will not help you because they say it is against the law to store it for you. Other than that, the hotel is excellent, just dont use it during big events in the city because they have extra charge, like the Taylor Swift tax

The only one thing that bothered me a bit - when I turned out the lighting in my room the wall lamp above my bed started to make weird clicks, I tried to switch the lighting on and off and it helped in about 10 min.

Very nice stay! I came to town for TS concert and the other place that I booked canceled my booking when I was about to check-in so Best Western and Hotel kinda saved my day. Value for money is unbeatable - nice location, great breakfast, very nice and helpfull staff, cherry on top is very nice gym. Also I like that they are open and transparent with the pictures and rooms plans - you know what you're choosing. Definitely recommend to stay.

Room was below the ground

Great location, it is an older building, but’ the trims were below ground - no windows! They were more like a sleep pod. Everything else was great!!

Breakfast very very good. The room was very calm. And the location was next to the metro and a bus stop, thus, very convenient. Also, there were nice restaurants no more than 10 min away.

It was my choice, but from now on, I'll always avoid no-window rooms. It just doesn't work, is very claustrophobic, and you just can't wake up in the morning as it is always pitch black. Hotels shouldn't have these on offer tbh. Otherwise, my stay was good.

The glass walls of the bathroom could pose issues if we have any people visiting the room, as it is possible to see into the toilet from the outside.

The bed was very comfortable and the room provided many amenities. The bathroom was spacious and the room is very clean. Breakfast was extensive and good.

The rooms were very hot. The Aircon essentially does not work. The front deck did kindly give us a fan which was good. Also the bathroom is in a see through glass cubical. Not great if you are not alone!

My only fault is with the bathroom door. It has a gap at the top and the bottom due to the glass design . i think it is essential that a bathroom door should be fully closed

I loved the central safe location near main train stations , restaurants and shopping . The old town is only a stroll away .Breakfast was fab with lots of choices all fresh and tasty

It was not as clean as I expected for this price.

The hotel is in a convenient central location and the room was comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options and there was fast Wifi.

The location is not far from the old town and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great! The room is very clean and the lobby has a chill working space.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. The bed had a lamp screwed to the wall over the bed, so it isn't great if you like to prop yourself up in bed. The bed was also only accessible from one side - it was fine for me, but I would hope they only give this room to single people.

Clean, comfortable, very small, but well-designed room. I stayed on the weekend, so the rate was pretty good, but the hotel would have been a lot more expensive during the week.
