We were given a room at the back of the hotel which is next to a night club I believe, and l there was loud music until late at night, especially on Friday & Saturday. We were offered to change room when we raised this with the reception, who were very helpful, however it was too late at night and we already had all our stuff unpacked. We were hoping it would die down after the weekend - definitely quieter but still audible.

The facility of the hotel is first class - all amenities were supplied (but not routinely refilled), including power converter! We were welcomed on the first day by some seriously delicious chocolates :) The hotel is located 2 mins away from Kungstradgarden metro station, making it very easy to arrive by public transport, especially given the high price of taxis in Stockholm. It is however on a cobblestone street and bike path so navigating with our luggages was a challenge.

the reception team could have been a bit more welcoming - everything was rather transactional.

ideal downtown boutique accommodation with well-appointed, tastefully furnished rooms. the restaurant is located in the beautiful former bank hall - a spectacular place for a spectacular breakfast with barista coffee and à la carte options. as it is all about details: the hotel boasts the most beautiful door hangers.

First class finishes in the rooms, restaurants and bars with great attention to detail. Staff were all excellent couldn’t do enough for you. Bonnie’s restaurant food was of a very high standard.

The sound proofing is not great so it can get noisy at night especially on weekend. The WiFi is also not great

150 kr surcharge on roomservice, when having this quality of Hotel/price it should be included. But kudos for making it clear before ordering.

Lack of a business centre was surprising, although staff offered to help by printing/scanning anything needed. Despite putting out the "service please" sign on the room, it seemed housekeeping would not come by until late afternoon (3-4pm) at the earliest on most days.

Excellent rooms, great restaurant with delicious breakfast. Strong location for central Stockholm. Attentive staff who were very helpful. Also has a unique feel to it. Very comfy beds, very clean.

Perfect stay for our weekend in Stockholm. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, includes all amenities of a 5* hotel, clean, comfortable and an amazing breakfast service. The bar above the hotel is also very stylish and cosy to have some fancy drinks. We were also give the room before the normal check-in time which was a plus. Thanks for making our stay even more memorable.

Nothing really, the rooms could be a little bigger.

The property is well maintained, and the staffs were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was good with the main dishes made to order, they had various healthy juices too. The location was great. Enjoyed my stay there!

Our room was far too warm and temperature not individually controlled . Not conducive to a comfortable nights sleep.

. Both having banking careers we were intrigued by the history of the building. Daniel kindly took us on a tour downstairs into what would have been the strong room now perfect as a wine cellar and further function rooms.
