We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Egyptbus stopped going to haram the last week because of haj days but we were about one month before haj so we went with taxi
close to haram there was a regular shuttle bus supply of tea , coffee and sugar every day daily cleaning for rooms and changing bed sheets when requested several elevators , not crowded

United States of AmericaThey said they have a kids club and it doesn’t work. Also, they said have a laundry. However, you have to wash your clothes by yourself on the half automatic laundry. Moreover, they don’t have dryer. So the prescription is not accurate.

United KingdomI didn't like to the fact that the receptionist male made me and my son wait in the reception becoz we were there to early for checking in. Even explained that came from masjid aqsa was in my ehram mode and needed to leave luggage in the room so I can go and complete my umrah. I was in my ehram for 27 hours and he stil would not let me check in.

PakistanI took the 5 bed room and as compare to the number of beds the room size was small, small cupboard where you can keep material for 2 person maximum. You cannot keep 5 luggage in the room and walk freely. Only 2 electric sockets in the room.
