There was no drinking water for 2 days, some of the guests are clearly not following the rules (consuming alcohol). Also, because there are a lot of people, bathrooms get dirty quickly

there were no slippers, even for extra charge, no towels or shampoo. basicaly just hand soup and bed sheets avalaible. there is not even a kitchen or drinking water.

the staff were nice and uderstanding, the location is cool, and cleaniesss in the hostel is great.

Showers could have a bit more of privacy. Rooms could be a little bit bigger.

Almost everything was great. The receptions were friendly, the entire place was super clean and the location was great.

Well I was surprised to notice that the term hostel does not describe this place properly, the guest are mainly Russian nationals who live there like their home and are not visiting guests. I asked a couple of them and they are there for 2 years! This does raise problems for foreigners who stay there short term. The residents are of middle class, taxi drivers, to be acyors, delivery people, waiters etc....and alcohol although officially "prohibited" is a huge problem. I noticed a German guest got into a fight with a resident who had apptoached him and bothered him, while drunk. He quickly after checked out. These issues are frequent and thd staff cant do anything about it! They can change how people act! The hostel staff were so authoritative and rude. Even to me that is a foreign national. The general comfort of the beds and rooms was also questionable. The metal bunk beds were old and sqeeky. People often vape and evrn consume foods within the rooms, on their beds, so expect the rustling sound of chrispy chips or the smell of pizza being eaten at 4 o'clock in the morning! That annoyed me so much. In overall the place is a dormitory for middle class workers and not a hostel welcoming international tourists.

The location is very close to the centre, about half a kilometer from the kremlin and the red square. Located on close to shopping centres, multiple restaurants and night life hubs. The overal intrim design is beautiful, bedsheets are replaced regularly.

The bunk beds are old and rusty, therefore they screech often. This is a cause for headache if you have trouble sleeping. Almost all the locals who stay there are living there permanently. 2 years is a norm. That is why this is practically not a hostel but a dormitory. Although consumption of alcoholic beverages is de facto forbidden, every one does it. This causes extremely goofy and noisy nights, occational fights during weekend. Russians who live there are not generally travellers and reside there permanently, so they know each other often and get together,drink and get loud whenever they could. I noticed the guests freely smoke electric cigarettes and vape in the rooms and ignore requests to stop smoking. I have asthma so that caused me to change my room twice. The staff are impolite and aggressive. Its noticable that their behaviour is veey fifferent from what a tourist expects from hotel staff. Imagine an angry snd authoritative land lord. The appliance in the kitchen is problematic. One of the refrigrators does not work properly and food goes bad in it fast. The jugs and frying pans are not clean amd there are scratches worh remnamts of burnt food and fat on thdm. This is very unhealthy and I was ridiculed and rudely laughed at as I mentioned it to the staff.

The place is clean and the decoration and interior design is modern, the location is 20 min. walk from main tourist attractions in moscow. There are good and price worthy supermarkets around. Subway stations are less than 500 meters away. The overall interior is good. Beds are well separated from eachother and this calls for an acceptable level of privacy.

I didn't like that they didn't give me the safe boxe. They told me some story that they have some problem and I can't put nothing in save boxe. before, all time they give you some safe boxe.

Very good location - 10 minutes from subway walking. One of my favorite areas in Moscow. Good conditions for the price. Very comfortable bed. Stylish interior - liked how corridors are colormapped. Nice and helpful staff.

Hostel was really clean and comfortable.It was really beautiful inside...I wish I had more time to spend there. Hostel has good location, close almost everywhere and staff was really kind. It was really nice to meet kind people who are staying at this place...
