Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelarusInconvenient air conditioning control.
Always well-cleaned and very quiet (with the windows closed) rooms. They also include a lot of bath towels. A lot of delicious meals can be ordered directly to the room. Close location to metro Timiryazevskaya. It's also pretty convenient to get to Sheremetyevo airport.

RussiaIn my room, carpet floor covering was not renovated, it was smelly, moldy and full of cigarette but burns. I think it was there since soviet era ( my room was non-smoking)
Good hotel, rooms recently renovated and have individual air cond. All amenities provided - bathrobe, towels, shampoo and even dental kit. There is also an ironing deck in the hall. Hotel has big parking and rental electric scooters stand nearby, so location is ok - but if you mostly plan to travel by foot/metro it is not the best

United KingdomRoom service food was not great at all. Got a pizza and it really wasn’t nice. That’s pretty much the only bad part.
No fuss, easy check in with friendly staff. Room was comfortable, air conditioning and internet worked well. Very good value. Location wasn’t bad, half way between two metro stations. 20 min walk from shopping center (small). Very close to shops. They let us check in a little early which was great.

TurkeyWe stay in family suit and it was clean with blind curtains. So after the sun rise you can sleep well. Overall hotel is very nice. I need to get 2 page prints and they have complete business centre and available for the guests. It is really convenient.

CyprusIt's like going back in time, the hotel is nothing but a blast from the past, beginning at reception and ending with check out (check in takes forever, the check out is much faster unless you used ur minibar, which is BTW outrageously expensive, and need to pay for it). Everything is outdated including a mindset of the stuff. Don't waste ur time for gym, it's a joke. Bath tub...I think it was made by the dwarfs for dwarfs. Don't forget to take some water with u since the hotel is so generous that they will compliment you with just two bottles disregarding the number of days u r staying.
The family room is quite spacious, the on site parking is less then 10$ per day.

QatarNon-cooperative staff and limited services. Air conditioner wasn’t working. Bad cleaning standards. Bedsheets were not changed and even cups were not washed. Water bottles and other amenities were provided just once during 5 days stay. Overall a bad experience staying at this property not recommend for families.
