This is our 2nd time in this apartment. Host is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is clean and comfortable. We were in Belgrade during the Rammstein concert, and prices went up really high. Other accommodations were cancelling stay only to raise the price. But this one didn't do it, which we appreciate a lot!

The apartment was fairly clean. There was no hand wash gel. there were a few hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend replacing the curtain in the room, because it is very transparent and lets all the light through. Very high audibility when someone comes out of the neighboring doors. And it seems to me that the price for such an apartment is really too high. It’s better to pay 10 euros extra and stay somewhere in a much better apartment.

I liked the location and communication with the owner of the apartment. But, unfortunately, this is not enough, despite the fact that the owner of the apartment is very good.

Ivana is very friendly host, the studio is cozy with all necessities for short stay. The location is well-centered, two steps away from the Tesla museum and everything else you need to see as a tourist is in walking distance.

Sometimes you can hear a tram go by but they stop at night

All good, has a small balcony with a view of patio, wifi is good enough for working from home. Bathroom has heated floor, very cool.

The only thing maybe that might be a bit annoying is the noise of the neighbours slamming the doors but thankfully it's not constant.

This apartment is so much more than you'd expect, it's very modern, clean and spacious. It has a little kitchenette with all the basic appliances. The location of it is great. Ivana and Tara are super nice and helpful. Great value for money.

Really, nothing not to like. But I will mention that from time to time you feel and hear the rumble of the tramway but this would not keep me from coming back again. Outside of this the apartment is quiet, and faces the inner courtyard. I truly enjoyed our stay.

I booked this property late in the evening, and the owner was very responsive. She called me immediately and we set up a time for my arrival. She and her sweet pup greeted me at 10:30 pm. I can’t say enough how pleasant and kind she is. The location is super, in my favorite neighborhood of Vracar. The apartment itself was new, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the larger screen TV, terrace and kitchen. The building is older and on a main boulevard, but well maintained and safe.

We had a comfortable 6 nights stay. Great location, and a very friendly owner. The room is specious enough for two. Loved the balcony and the view of the inner yard. The room and the shower/toilet were clean. We had all we needed for our short stay. There is a supermarket nearby and a number of cafes.

Probably the city rail tracks of the old street outside - for a person that likes to sleep late those took a day or two getting used to.
