Breakfast could have been better, we requested vegan breakfast and they said they could do it. But we still had to ask for everything in the morning.

Room and bathroom needed renovation. The carpet and curtains vere old. No sound proofing. The room smelt as if somebody smoked in it, drspute the no smoking sign. It.must be the smell that got into furnishings many years ago.

Love the 80s feeling within the premise and inside the room. Staff was polite. The highlight was the rich breakfast buffet and the coffee taste.

The only thing I wish to mentioned is I was trying to contact the property days in advance to help me with the taxis as I already read reviews about scams and nobody answered me. At the reception they explained was the reservation department and they will address this matter.

The Hotel is super centrally located, to one side the famous Belgrade Fortress with amazing views of the Danube, to the other side main boulevards and Republic Square, all walkable. My flight arrived early morning and I asked to leave my luggage to start sightseeing, however they gave the room at that time, the manager was around and personally came to say Hello, girl at the front desk super attentive as well. For departure as my flight was early they arranged a taxi for me at a fixed price as I had a bad experience coming from the airport when the driver charged me more than agreed in the voucher….

The breakfast is somewhat lacking in variety for a 4-star hotel, but it was still tasty and always fresh. The parking is almost impossible to find in the area, the directions to the hotels parking garage were either confusing or just miscommunicated.

Traditional , old-timey feeling hotel and there's nothing wrong with that. Everything feelt quite comfortable and there was a sense of refinement in the hotel overall. The combo room (king-sized bed + pull-out couch) was great, comfortable more than big enough and all neccesary comforts were taken care of. Location of the hotel is a pro and a con. It's walking only area, quiet and peaceful. Rough time if you're travelling by car, though.

Bathroom seems to be ripe of renovation, but if that investment would increase to price of the stay, then it is perfect as it is! :)

Excellent location, just few minutes walk from Knez Mihajlova! The hotel took note that I am arriving early in the morning, so they gave me the room before 7:00 am, which allowed me to get a short nap and enjoy the rest of the day in the city.

The ONLY bad thing I can say is the heating was on permanently and cranked up to the max so we had to have to windows open.

A KETTLE WITH INSTANT COFFEE, TEA AND MINERAL WATER IN THE LIVING ROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT. BATHROOM AMMENITIES ARE A BIT BASIC AND COULD BE PERHAPS A BIT EXPANEDE OR UPGRADED. FRIDGE DID NOT WORK WELL BUT THAT CAN BE FIXED.

GREAT BUFFET BREAKFAST, KIND STAFF, CENTRAL LOCATION, SPACIOUS COMFORTABLE CLEAN ROOMS WITH SOFABED IN ONE ROOM AND BEDROOM IN THE OTHER, NEARBY PAID PARKING, QUIET PLACE, FAIR PRICES, FREE WIFI AND MOSTLY ALL GOOD.

The room are quite small and the design is very old. Dont expect a lot of equipements also. The hair dryer in my room wasnt working... The price seems also a bit expensive regarding of the quality
