There were no napkins in the room. There is no water.

The staff were very gracious, helping us with our luggage and upgrading our rooms. Having a good breakfast makes us happy! When we left, the manager sent us off in person. It was the best day of our trip.

Distant from the city center of Novi Pazar, requiring about 20 minutes walk on mostly uninteresting streets or a taxi ride. For the restaurant or breakfast, I don't like the cigarette smoke especially early in the morning. I guess it is difficult to evade it in the Balkans.

Big rooms. Very good beds, I slept really well. Parking was easy. Restaurant downstairs a nice plus, soup was nice.. Good for a road trip stopover stay. Breakfast was good.

Very nice and friendly host. Gave us bigger room to stay because it was free. Room is designed in a very modern style with a lot of wood details. They also have masjid prayer room which is very big and nice looking.

The restaurant downstairs was full of smoke during the breakfast but that's probably problem in whole Serbia.

We got upgraded to the huge apartment fot free which was very nice! They have good AC and even if it's located next to the main road you can't here almost anything from the outside. Great value for the money we paid.

Amazing place with beautiful rooms and very friendly staff! They we very nice and took very good care of us. Everything looked brand new and perfect! We arrived late, very tired, and we could not have asked for a better place! Breakfast was not buffet but there were a lot of options to choose from and the food was very good. Restaurant area was very nice too.

At this motel and I don't know what I would single out as the best. The cleanliness is top notch, the rooms are distinctive, bright, fragrant. The staff is very very very friendly, approachable and always at your service. On top of all that the price is minimal for everything they offer. ALL the recommendations for this motel, I am thrilled and would always come back. The bed and pillow are very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. The hospitality of the personnel exceeded our expectations. This was once in a lifetime experience. The room was sparkling clean, the location was easy to find, the meals were delicious, and the staff always at your service.

The street is busy and noisy even at night so had to keep window closed and use AC during the night. There was a broken street light right in front of our window :during all night it was in off-flashing-on mode (repeat every 5 minutes) so it’s was a bit annoying even though there were blackout curtains

The room and hotel are pretty new, everything is clean and functioning.there is a restaurant that offers good breakfast. We also had dinner there and it was also good. The staff is very hospitable and ready to help. We we were offered free room upgrade on arrival - that was nice.

There is a little bit of traffic noise coming through, as the hotel is located on a busy street, but nothing disruptive.

The hotel's managing director, Eldin, was an absolute superstar. He will take care of you and help ensure you have a great time. The food and the coffee were also delicious. The hotel has ATVs for rent, which is a great way to experience the mountains. Eldin is happy to show you around Novi Pazar, take you on mountain adventures, or show you the cultural symbols of the area (rich in the centuries-old cultural heritage of Christianity and Islam). The rooms are beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. A large hotel could never match the kind of personal attention you get in this motel. We have truly had a wonderful time.

The refrigerator was turned off and had only someone's pate left. The guy who should be at the reception was not there in the morning.

Big, comfy room with bih comfy beds, clean bathroom and floors. Good communication the night of arival.
