As everything is super modern and there's tons of buttons in the room to use for the fan, electricity, calling the maid etc, I would have appreciated a manual on how to operate them or a QR code that directs you to the manual.

Everything is very modern and new. The place is perfectly clean and the staff is super friendly. For late arrivals the getting in system is convenient and very thoroughly explained. I believe the hotel is connected to the Catholic church next door as many employees seemed to be going back and forth between the two facilities but somehow this bubbly life only made it feel more like home.

We arrived at 9 am and we were allowed to check in early. The room was small but new and very clean. The staff stays from 8am to 8pm. You can self check out. Just leave the keys on the front desk. They have a restaurant but closed on Sundays. The hotel is beside a Catholic church.

Nothing to improve, just bear in mind that the church is right next to the hotel and you will be woken up at 8ish on Sunday as the bells ring. Drinking water in addition to a kettle and cups in a room would be a nice touch.

Located about 20 minutes ride from the airport, on a nice, quiet street, the room is very clean and the staff is friendly. Super easy to check in even out of hours. A/C in the room was handy as it was pretty warm in Belgrade.

Everything was nice, we could stay at the same hotel again. Good value for money.

ROOM: The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but the space is very well used, since it had two comfy beds, a desk with a chair, a small closet and a private bathroom. The bathroom was well equipped, with toiletries, towels. The sink was a bit small, but expected for a room that size. The water pressure was good. BED: The bed was very comfortable for us, and the pillows were also as we like them (not too soft). BREAKFAST: The breakfast was served at the restaurant with a nice terrace and for a price of only 5 euro we enjoyed a really good meal. It was definitely a good value for money. SURROUNDINGS: We arrived with a car so we don't know how the hotel is connected to the city, it was important for us to stay close to our friends, which we did. We paid for parking and had a secured parking space. COMMUNICATION: The check in and check out process went smoothly. The wi-fi was good.

The hotel is one of the best we had stayed in while travelling for business. Staff were superb and when a problem arose with our onward journey they arranged a very late check out with no issues. Excellent customer service and care.

Storage areas in the room were a bit small but it was fine overall.
