The sink faucet was hard to turn off and water dripping for 5 minutes after you close it, only hot water on the sink. Shower cabin was leaking to the floor so the floor was super wet when getting out. I must note that we did NOT complain to the staff as we didn't care, we were only there for 2 nights and barely in the room.

Location close to the old center and tourist attractions. Clean and very spacious room, fresh and varied breakfast. We warmly recommend. It should be mentioned that the hotel's parking lot is very narrow and insufficient, but the staff is very kind and quickly resolves the exit from the crowd of cars! Thank you !

There were no vegan options for breakfast, not even soya milk or yoghurt. You only have fruit, coffee and bread without butter if you are vegan.

The breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs and sausages, I really like that. The room was big. The room had a fridge and air conditioning which was great. The bed had a good mattress so slept well. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Good wifi network throughout the hotel. Even though the hotel is big, it was quiet here. Nice staff. Quiet location. There is a public transport stop in front of the hotel and it is possible to get to the center by bus.

Only one item alone, a mosquito net is required to be attached to windows, at least a single one per room, as hotel location, and city at all, is very close to the river.

Location was excellent, the staff was very very supportive, the food was very good, well arranged and presented, and the room gave us a peace time to start the next day as fresh as possible.

The room smelled of smoke, and the bathroom was quite dirty. It was still a good place to stay, but there was dust and dirt in many places.

The staff was very friendly, and the locations quite good. The facilities are good despite being older. The wifi works, and the rooms are very big.

The wifi would randomly drop for a few minutes which was annoying. It wasn't completely unusable, but there were interruptions. It also wasn't sparkling clean but it was clean enough.

Just small things that would make my stay more enjoyable if they were improved, for example there was no furniture in the entrance area of the room - it would be great if there was some coat hanger or a stool to sit on while putting on shoes. Similarly, there was no shelf inside the shower to put your cosmetics on. But I had no major issues.

Great value for money. My room was very nice and clean, staff was nice, the location was great - many public transport stops around, walking distance to center (half an hour of walking, but still). There was no noise at night, window was facing some back street or inner yard. Wifi worked flawlessly, bed was comfortable. There were enough electric sockets for several devices, two for each side of the bed. The breakfast was good, mostly bread with ham, eggs and cheese, but also some sweet pies, also some vegetables and fruit, and coffee. There was always enough of everything, even near the end. Generally great place to stay, I will surely return if I visit Belgrade again.
