Great location, 15-20 min on foot to the center, friendly and helpful staff, clean room and comfortable beds. There is a public garage near the hotel.

There wasn't that much not to like here. The closeness to the big boulevard is making the room noisy at times, especially if the window was open. The hotel was a bit overpriced, but that is probably the result of big demand for rooms in Belgrade over the weekend that I booked.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - next to the Botanical garden, and close to the city center and the most important streets. The room was clean and well equipped, the AC worked, the bed was comfortable and Wi-Fi was functioning well. I really enjoyed my stay at Botanica.

Parking conditions

Excellent breakfast,good price (10 Euro); excellent location of the hotel,near Belgrade city center, a minus is regarding parking spots- you have to find it on your own, the underground parking was full,the sign for that parking is WRONG,being shown AFTER you pass it! (coming from upper street)

Beds could be alittle more comfortable, but bet it is Serbian style. More english speaking channels on TV.

There was a drains smell often in the bathroom - cleaner tried to mask this with lavender bag in second day but to no avail Breakfast selection was limited in comparison to other hotels of similar quality - limited fruit selection etc. When asking for a second hit drink was told we would have to pay extra. really?.Never ben asked that before anywhere in the world…… Reception closed at 9

The location is not the most ideal for going to the sites on foot. The room view at a dirty, strange backyard, maybe accessible by strangers. We didn't had any problem but it was a little scary at first.

The hotel is pretty good, opposite the botanica garden. Breakfast was ok, with plenty of choices salty and sweet. Clean room, pleasant stuff, quite good location.

The location is nice, but they don't warn you that some of the rooms are in fact not in the little street facing the botanical garden (which was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel), but in a separate building, facing the main and very busy street. Upon arrival, I could not enter the facility (the reception only works until 16.00 🤷🏽‍♂️), and I had to wait for approx 15 minutes gor someone to arrive. The breakfast is served only from 8.00 on, which is a no can do for working people. Plus, the extra 10 EUR you pay for breakfast don't include a proper coffee (espresso or cappuccino e.g.). Thus consider alternatives for breakfast (cheaper and better) since you anyhow have to dress up and ho outdoors if you're staying in the detached building.

The facilities are very clean and nicely furnished. The staff is nice.

The breakfast was small with poor variety of selections. Lack of honey and other amendments. It was a plus that breakfast was served until 11am.

Unfortunatly our windows faced very poluted street and not Botanical garden. That's why it's 9, not 10.

If I’d known in advance that no staff would be at the hotel after 4pm I might not have booked it, but they messaged me the access details in advance and it wasn’t a problem

Lovely botanical theme. Great location beside the Botanical Gardens. Nice staff. Clean & comfortable. I booked a transfer to the hotel from the airport with them and it was great, including the driver ensuring I was able to get into the hotel ok (no hotel staff at that time) when I arrived c.01:30 in the morning

The hotel is near the bus stops where you can easly get on and reach the city center in 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is quite and secure. You can find lots of market, coffee shops close to the hotel. Great and clean hotel with best breakfast included. Thanks to Teodora and Katarina for their valuable help and support. Definetely we will stay again in Hotel Botanica.
