Sadly there are some problems with the washing machine (daily 60 program glitches and stopped halfway) and the fridge (it was turned off and dripping wet so I had to clean it and it's tricky to set temperature so the freezer freezes and the rest doesn't) but once you figure how to use them it's ok.

I liked that it was close to city center (15-20 min walk to Palace of Culture) and had all you need for a medium length trip. The bed was comfortable, kitchen appliances and utensils were available, mosquito net on windows and doors and AC for hot weather. It's fairly quiet at night even with windows opened. Has two small shops close by and the shopping centre at a 10-15 min walk.

There is no AC but even if outside was 34°C , inside was pretty cold.

Very good location, 5 minutes by walk from Palas. Clean, you have everything you need.

Perfect location in the centre of the city. It's close to many attractions and easy to access. Adam is really friendly and helpful when I had some trouble with the door room. Everything is good in general, big room with all the facilities you need to stay. Highly recommend.

to get the key the owner needs to be advised with time in advance. he came in 10 mins so this wasn't an inconvenience. Do not forget to call before arrival to arrange to get the key.

The property is amazing from all points of view. If I could rate is super excellent and amazing in the same time I would. The owner is more than nice and welcoming. The property is close to airport and city center in the same time. Location is in a new buildings complex close to Palace Mall area and airport. The flat is very modern and new, spacious, comfortable and very good value for money. I will recommend it to all my friends and do not hesitate to book it.

A few small things weren't perfect and could likely be improved (but despite these, I would still say that this is an overall good apartment to rent): - there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom (or I didn't see them) - the shower head is placed really high and cannot be adjusted (might be fine if you are 2m tall, though :), an adjustable one which can be lowered would probably be better for most people and would help to not get any water on the floor at the back of the bathtub - a small shelf or nightstand near the bed would be quite practical - a microwave would be nice - unfortunately, the balcony was not as great as I had hoped; it tends to get a bit dirty from the birds/pigeons that visit it and it's not furnished either, but the view at night is pretty nice.

+ good central location (5 minute walk to the Palas Complex) + clean building, no problematic or loud neighbours + huge comfy bed, practical small table + comfy chairs for eating/working + good Wifi + practical small kitchen with most basic kitchenware + overall quite clean and tidy. + very quiet at night (aside from 1-2 lone dogs barking in the night) and also quiet during the day (especially if you close the balcony door). I could work without issues during the day. + Even though there is currently a construction site nearby, I did not notice any extra dust or extra noise from it (saying this as someone with a dust allergy and noise sensitivity). + very friendly and uncomplicated host

Very nice apartments with everything you need and 5 minutes walk to big mall and the city center. The bed is super comfy. It was loud the first night because of the neighbours, but the next night the host moved me to another apartment, actually a bigger and even more comfy one, and it was quite and great :) Thank you!

It was not clean , especially the bathroom . Would be nice to have light coloured bed sheets . Door to the balcony didn't close properly.
