Beds could be a bit more comfortable. Isolation is not the biggest strength.

Friendly staff, always someone to help, including during public holidays. Hotel restaurant very OK, with professional waiters. The rooms with views on the Danube : this is breathtaking.

Noise from outside (yought partying) was anoying.

Good place to stay when you are travelling across Romania. Clean rooms, helpful staff that speaks English, very nice breakfast with local cheeses and ajvar.

As this is our second stay in the hotel, the previous time I noticed that the rooms looking on the boulevard are a bit noisy. Otherwise there is nothing that I didn't like specifically.

The location is great - right at the heart of the city. Close to restaurants, to the Promenade along the river, the park - whatever you may need for a lovely and relaxing stay. The parking is quite big so no worries to get an available slot. Despite the hotel is old (built during the 'communist era') and some elements remind the old times, overall it's renovated and the rooms are modern, very nice, clean and comfortable. If you get a room looking over the river, the view is spectacular. The staff are so kind and helpful, they take care of whatever you may need. We had to leave very early in the morning, so they have prepared a package with breakfast for us to take it along the way.

there could be a fan in the toilet area. the breakfast was good, but we would have liked more variety.

The hotel is ideally situated in the historic part of the town. close to parks, tourist attractions and bars, restaurants. the staff are helpful and kind. we liked the restaurant. the rooms were also clean and tidy.

A little old ( 70s) vibe, but all in all very good value for money. I didn't like the idea to pay for parking.

Spacious, clean, the room was big and the view from the 5th floor was the best. I think they did the best to make us feel the best. Super ok.

The furniture is quite outdated. The food, both breakfast and dinner, is basic.

The architecture is very interesting. The location is very good, being in the park and in the city centre. The view over Danube is amazing.

The Wi-Fi can be improved on the 6th floor. The connection is strong only if you stay close to the door, but if you are inside the room or laying in bed, the connection is very poor and drops constantly

I paid extra for a room with A/C, but it didn't work. Reception replaced the batteries in the remote but no go. Reception's solution was to sleep with the windows open, it was about to rain and it would get colder... Had dinner in the restaurant, my order took a very long time to arrive and was very overcooked (dry meat) and the sauce on the meat looked like the dish had been standing somewhere for a long time after preparation. Room was functional but very old and tired, toilet lid had been broken and glued back together.

Wonderful view over the Danube towards Serbia. A very pretty park for doggy walks next to the hotel. Parking right in front of the hotel. Staff were all very nice.

We’re from opposite ends of Europe so the breakfast for me is not what we’d expect but it was good either way and good value for money.

The hotel had an old, antique style decoration which made it feel very Eastern European. The rooms were spacious and the view was just incredible! The staff were very friendly and we had no issues at all.
