We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Me and my wife decided to celebrate our anniversary in Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Suite were spotless, and the facilities were well maintained. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Suite view and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu, and room service was outstanding thanks to Alex and Nikka. Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff especially Nour. I request a special set up for our anniversary and Khadija done a sensational job by arranging fresh flowers in the room that made our stay extra special. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction especially nayef. Overall great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations.

The place was brand new and with luxurious bedding, facilities, amenities, furniture and technology. Walking distance cafes, shops and marinas.

The floor (10th floor) was undergoing renovations and the smell of paint was terrible!! but all this did not spoil our mood!!!!)))

This hotel was amaaaazing!!!! We couldn’t find another hotel because everything was fully booked. We found four seasons and it made our stay great. The room was amazing. Clean and everything what you need was in the room. The staff was so helpful. So friendly and kind! Totally recommend this hotel to everyone!

I truly want to both commend and congratulate the staff of Four Seasons Pearl Qatar where I stayed for a week in December. The staff members, especially Sarah Lafdali, Charleenie S and Mohd Hegazi took hospitality to another level and the experience was truly unparalleled. From the moment I arrived, their attentiveness, professionalism, friendliness and genuine warmth created a welcoming atmosphere that exceeded all expectations. Every request was met with a genuine willingness to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my entire stay. From the concierge to the housekeeping, every team member went above and beyond to ensure a seamless, enjoyable and most importantly a stress-free and relaxing stay.
