I got a description how to find the way to the hotel, but it was useless. With help of Google maps I found an alternative way to reach the place. I stayed for 3 nights and there was no cleaning of the room. The drain in the wash basin was blocked, water run out very slowly.

Pokoje Goscinne is situated fairly close to the railway station in Bialystok. The guest rooms are quite basic, but clean and modern. My room had an attached bath. It was quiet and silent during night. I think this acconmodation is OK for a shorter stay in Bialystok.

Great location, nice staff, very clean, and relatively quiet. To get to city center you must take the number 10 bus, which will take you to the city center in 15-20 minutes.

It was a little hard to find the place, mostly because there was a lot of construction in the area. I just showed the locals the address & photo & they knew where to send me. If you are looking to socialize with others, it's not the place to do so. But it's clean, safe & quite suitable -- a good option in the area around the train station.

It was nice to have a room to myself for a few days! And the room was spacious! I had my own fridge & also table & chair. Several washrooms & showers just down the hallway that clean enough. There was access to a kitchen (dishes, microwave & some pots/pans) The bus stop was just down the road a bit (200 - 300 meters). A 15-min max walk to the train & bus station. People at hostel didn't really speak English but it was easy-peasy to figure things out. Don't worry about the bed, it was ok (clearly 'soviet style' but it was ok). A grocery store just down the street, that was open very late. En route to the train station, many convenience stores. Great wifi! I would definitely stay there again.

The shared bathrooms had sort-of wet floor from people showering, so make sure to bring flip flops

The beds and sheets were very comfy, there was a fridge and kettle inside the room (shared kitchen fully equiped). The man from the reception only spoke Polish, but we managed to communicate, he was very friendly and polite :) Free & safe private parking

No ac, so it was super hot in the rooms. Not recommended for stays in summer.

I’m not sure what it has in common with a Japanese business hotel, I live in Japan and those business hotels are a complete different story, but at least the guy at the check-in was as friendly as the Japanese ;)

The property was a little bit difficult to find. Also, sound proofing on the windows wasn't great, and the construction site next door woke me up. That was no problem as I had to get up around that time to catch my bus anyway.

The room is very, very comfortable and tidy, and I was pleased to discover that they had a kitchen for visitor use, as well. The wifi worked great, and the bed was very comfortable.

No hand basin in the room, a toilet door stuck, a building site next to the hostel, it's an attic (very hot in the summer)

I was missing instructions as a tourist. Maid was a bit rude. The beds were poor. Also I was able to hear neighbor's TV and conversations like walls wouldn't exist...

The administration was very pleasant,polite ant helpful 10/10 for both of them evenn though we couldn't understand each others language :D. Room is decent for the price.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the receptionist was a very polite and caring gentleman. We had at our service: - a spacious bright room with 3 roof windows which are easy to open for ventilation - large digital TV - comfortable soft beds with warm bed linen - a sink, a desk and a wardrobe in the room - brilliant facilities including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and an ironing board Google directions are not correct. Please look up WSE

No WI-FI , password incorrect , little bit noisy sometimes, walls very thin , you can hear per night snoring from next door

the hostel exceeded my expectations. very convenient location - 850m to the railway station, there are grocery stores and cafes nearby, a maximum of 3 minutes for waiting a taxi, 200m to the busstop, the place is quiet (the street where the hotel is located is closed to traffic)

It was no any shampoo or gel for shower. Thin walls and so you can hear your neighbours very well :(

Why does Booking.com bring up very old bookings to suggest reviewing them? I would appreciate if there was a button that one could click to say "I am choosing not to review this property, please do not suggest it again." Sadly there is not. I communicated with this place by email after my stay, expressing my gratitude for what I liked, my apologies for what I damaged, and my willingness to pay for repair at a later date, if necessary. I personally found the cleaning to be substandard and shared that with the management. I have high standards. I believe that things that make me uncomfortable might not make others uncomfortable, so I prefer to keep those conversations behind closed doors.
