Enteriour of the kitchen could be better. One day there was no kitchen towel. The frying pans are mostly scratched. Not enough plates and cups, beacuse guests are storing them in there rooms. The walls are noisy, but we had quiet neighbours

only one bathroom on the floor, the room is very small, it is difficult to open a suitcase, and it's full of spiders, any kind, any size, just everywhere.. don't open your eyes at night

the premises is very nice, with a big garden full of flowers and tiny ponds with colorful fish, tables and chairs, kitchen available, the owner is very friendly and available on the phone, free parking on the street

Good location a few minutes walk from the station. Called to gain access and it was a very friendly and pleasant experience even though it was a bit later than last check in time shown. Very nice place and facilities.

It was little difficult to find the location, but administration helped us with that.

The host, at my request, allowed me to check in earlier, what I am very grateful for, as I was able to relax more before the flight.

Well, this is not a luxury hotel; so for the price, it was good value

1) Comfort level of the place, the general warmth of the place when it welcomes you as a guest 2) The location is really good as it is close to Gdańsk Oliwa, the best office area in Gdańsk

We had a room right under the roof and of 3 windows only one had a light curtain, therefore in the morning it was very bright with no possibilities to get the room darker to sleep after 5:30 in thé morning. Il world be good to be informed about it in order to bring an eye mask.

The place is very pretty, with an adorable garden, super close to the station pkp oliwa. It was very clean, the kitchen properly equipped. We got to the sea in 15 min by bus, the bus stops are very close to the place.

Unfortunately do to the holidays the prices explode enormously in Gdansk, it's really quite unfair what you pay versus what you get. Requested a single bed but received two small beds instead.

Quaint home style stay, simple and quite, not too far from one of the popular beaches and fairly accessible from tram, train or bus.

It was very good option for that price, but the first days some people who stayed at the Villa were noisy after the 22:00. Someone would say - you could tell them be quite, but I prefer not deal with people who drinks alcohol and celebrates something. Also, I had problem with access to the internet. I don't know may be it was only me with such problem, but I had this case.

I liked the privacy, check-in process, and location. Also, the price was very good. Overall, it's a great place for people who are visiting for a short time or need a place to stay until they find a long-term apartment. For long-term choose biggest room in this villa. Cleanliness is also good part of this place accommodation, especially in bathroom/WC.

The location is exceptionally good The cleanliness is absolutely wow! The toilets/bathrooms are exceptionally good. You don't have to queue up outside for your turn, the ratio of bathrooms/toilets to number of guests - even when packed - is quite good. The TV works quite well Overall, this is a value for money accommodation

Room's were clean but could need some freshing up. In the kitchen was clean, just not enough teaspoons.

Location is really good, easy to get from train station or by car. Pretty close to good restaurants. My daughter didn't complain about anything, so that's a big bonus! Bathrooms were really nice and clean.

Despite being able to keep in touch with the villa over the phone, the lack of the reception and one set of keys for two people in a shared room made the experience significantly LESS pleasurable.

For the price - very good. The shared bathrooms, showers, and kitchen were very well kept and overall the place felt rather cosy and welcoming. SKM communication with the center is good. A couple of stores nearby to stock up the fridge.

I didn’t like linens. Also there is quite hard to communicate with the host. My friend has Polish number and helped me, but if I was alone, it’s quite hard.

I like the size of the room, enough space. Also I liked bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom was really clean.

One thing in the description is a little vague. It may sound like the apartment has it's own kitchen, but it is actually common kitchen for all the rooms. Still, the kitchen is well equipped so it was not a problem.

Excellent location, close to the station and walking distance from the beach, quiet part of town (you won't hear the trains). Place is clean and staff is very helpful.
