Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomGood location by the the river, next to the converted power station that is full of bars and restaurants. Metro stop outside the hotel if needed. 20 minutes walk towards the new part of the city (up hill) 20 minute walk to the old town. Modern decor, nicely done rooms, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Free coffee machine down stairs and Argentinan restaurant attached is also nice.

NorwayThere was party all night outside. But maybe that was because this was the first days of summer temperature.
The breakfast was very good. Had a few options to choose from. And the chef made it after we chose what to get.

United KingdomExceptional stay at the Sava Boutique Hotel. The Hotel has very tastefully decorated, with modern, pleasing interior design. The staff were always very hospitable and happy to help. The Baires Argentinian restaurant attached served absolutely fantastic food, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you Sava/Baires for a fantastic stay and I hope to return soon!

IrelandSays tea & coffee sachets but they didn’t have coffee sachets. I asked and they said no. Twice Uber couldn’t find it , we would add in the name of the Hotel .They keep leaving us two streets back . Then they would add into google maps! Strange. The shower gel dispenser was stuck to the wall with adhesive, when we pressed down it fell from the wall.

PolandWell, one reception girl should work on her attention to guests, but might happen she was tired, thus can not count as a negative feedback to hotel.
Hotel: Love it, decoration and interior details are great, 100% better than usual chain hotels. Rooms: cozy, not just clean, but spotless, cleaning ladies are doing their work very good, imagine keeping clean mirror wall in the bathroom. Reception: I liked hotel manager approach a lot (she accompanied to parking, was attentive to guests). Kudos to receptionist Liza, she is very patient to all types of guests and very helpful. Breakfast: Big portion, tasty, fast, liked as well restaurant itself and big windows with the river view. Parking: good, underground, you hardly want to leave car on the street, especially when football game is in the city. Parking located in the next building, few steps via inner yard. Again receptionist was nice and accompanied to open the doors there.

GreeceThe size of the room is tiny! We were two people with a small luggage each and we struggled with the space available. Also I didn’t like that the bathroom was not cleaned until we requested so on day 3 of our stay.
The location is beyond perfect! The property is located in a very beautiful neighborhood, in front of a metro station, in walking distance to many attractions (museums, the old town) and other interesting locations/restaurants/coffee shops. The lounge room was very nice, offering coffee/tea at any time. It was also quiet at night while the bed was very comfortable as well as the bathroom.

AustriaThe door wasn‘t very soundproof (there’s quite a big gap inbetween the door and the floor) and although my neighbors weren’t too loud, I could still hear them talking like they would stand just infront of my room.
Beautiful interior, very clean room, friendly staff and good location.

EstoniaThe parking, oh my God, was way too much to handle after 700 km of travel. It was like an escape room. Upon arrival, we got a map, and some instructions which were so clumsily translated we got lost several times. We were told to open the garage with our card, except the thing that opened the garage was not the card. Then we had to find our spot, pick the B elevator except there was no A and B indicated on the elevators, and they were locked. Then we had to walk out of the building, cross a WICKET, which we learned from Webster's Dictionary was a small gate, which we were also not told how to open, then enter another building (where the hotel was). The whole ordeal took us half an hour, we upset the security guard of the neighboring hotel, tried to trespass forbidden areas multiple times, likely disturbed an Early Christian underground meeting and woke up a balrog. Also, the rooms are quite tiny, there is no wardrobe, and the reading lamp, however stylish and equipped with a USB output, fails completely to function as a lamp. It is facing downward so lights only its own foot, is made completely of metal, impossible to move or adjust, and placed LOWER THAN THE BEDSIDE. Why? Who thought this was a job well done?
The hotel was stylish, safe and we really enjoyed the Argentinan restaurant. The staff was very helpful. The neigborhood is chic and trendy. We really appreciated the free (and good quality!) coffee and tea available 24/7.

UkraineIt is not as clean as expected The room is indeed very small. But it's ok for 1 guest
The location is simply perfect. The room I stayed in had a picturesque view of the river. There is a wide selection of breakfast in the hotel restaurant but unfortunately, they are not very tasty according to my taste. For dinner, it's worth mentioning the really and quite expensive seafood restaurant literally 30 metres from the hotel - The TUNA

It’s a true gem in the perfect location. We travelled by car all the hotels we checked either had no parking or it was outside but on a first come, first served basis, so not guaranteed. Here we got keys to an undergroud parking space. The room was small but perfect for two and beautifully furnished. But the highlight was breakfast in the Argentinian restaurant there. Absolutely delicious and different to the usual brekkie served everyone else. Free coffee and biscuits in the lobby area a big plus too!
