Everything is great!

The location is close to the central station. It has two bedroom for four people to live in (although we had less than 4). It is a really big family room to live in. With well-prepared equipment in the kitchen, it is suitable for guests to cook in the apartment.

Flat shape not corresponding to the current conditions. The flat is ready for reconstruction - bath, windows, painting. Third floor without elevator.

Kutchen was poor equipped with glasses. We didn’t have cups for coffee…Other things were good.

Location of this apartment was great. It is really in heart of Old Town Krakow. Every Location you should visit is near. Castle Wawel is on 300m, main Square is on 200m. Apartment is very large and comfort for 4 persons. It was easy to ger keys from the property.

The apartment is located in the very heart of the city! It was very clean (clean sheets, towels and everything else). The staff was very friendly and explanatory about the location of the room. The price and the value were amazing.

we had a second floor apartment above a restaurant on a very busy street, being on the front of the building it was very noisy at night. secondary glazing would have been useful. there was also a bit of noise from the restaurant coming through the stairwell but this wasnt usually late. The matress was also very soft which is not my preference but this is a personal preference rather than a negative.

location was great, instructions for finding the property were really good. the apartment was well equipped with everything required for self catering if that is what you are looking for but the location was close to everything we wanted to see and do and also within walking distance of the Station.

It was Hot. We couldn't work out the heating to turn it down so basically sweated for the duration.

Freezer had no doors on it and all our food products inside the fridge where frozen! Both sofas where broken not able to sit on them and relax . This property needs these items replaced

Good location located on 3rd floor in Grodzka Street-Butterfly Museum. Generally clean, has all necessary items .

The location that showed up on the reservation was the reception desk. Then we had to walk ten minutes with the suitcases in the snow to the actual location. I believe the real location should be presented when we make the reservation.

The apartment was lovely but the stairs were challenging, perhaps i should have mentioned i have mobility issues ..... but i did manage them and perhaps i do need to exercise more ;)

the whole process was simple, but as a returning traveller to Krakow it helped to know the area and layout of the city

The apartment was spacious, clean and with nice funiture. The location is top center, most of the sightseeing is into a walking distance, the street is crowded with bars and shops, but the apartment is in inner yard, so it is not noisy.
