So spacious and comfy, it had everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect too, I was a solo traveler also and felt very safe.

Location was excellent. The apartment was clean and bright. They let us check in early because we landed quite early on in the day, they were very responsive via the booking.com messaging service..

The only point was that I get dust allergies and the vents were dusty. I was sneezing quite a bit. Other than that the apartment was really clean.

The apartment was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was really clean. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Horrible smell coming from the bathroom(I’m guessing the pipes), which would stay throughout the dining room/kitchen. We had to close the bedroom door constantly to keep the smell out. Was quite disgusting (just something that needs sorting that’s all). Was also lots of noise (drilling etc) early morning coming the the building next door. I understand you can’t control that, but a heads up would have been nice as it would wake us up in the morning and made it uncomfortable to stay in bed for any amount of time

Looked exactly like the photos. Perfectly clean and very comfortable. Nice heating and felt very cosy after cold days. Also felt very safe, and was in a great location just 5 min walk from centre. The contact free check in was amazing! Very convenient as we didn’t arrive until 2am and was very easy to do. Would 100% stay again and definitely recommend to anyone 👍

Not a complaint but good security measures therefore I would recommend to write door code on paper as phone battery may die and you would be locked out. 3 security doors to enter

Beautiful apartment block in a quiet road within 5 minutes walk of main areas. The room was well equipped. Lovely balcony looking on to internal gardens. Big comfortable and cosy bed.

Not much I would change, maybe just a noise of the lift that was audible i the room, but it wasn't a big issue.

The appartment was located in the central part of the old town, with easy foot access to the market square and Kazimierz district. In the proximity there were multiple breakfast points, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and very spacious, with easy access through the lift. The host was super helpful, too.

WiFi works well in the kitchen but almost doesn't work in the bedroom. No microwave and dishwasher.

There was really nothing that we didn't like. Some fellow guests helped us work out the code for entry as it takes a bit of a technique but I'm sure we would have worked it out.

Great location between old town and kasimerez. Contact less entry was fab. Apartment was very clean and well decorated. Very comfortable large bed and a really lovely balcony. We didn't cook but used fridge. Kettle etc. Perfect for a long weekend break.

The balcony connected to another balcony which felt a little weird and like someone could see in, but that’s the only slight negative.

Fantastic! Perfect location just outside the Old Town and away from all the touristy chaos, and close enough to the Jewish quarter for food. Clean and modern property. Easy to get access. Would highly recommend!
