We liked the location of the hotel, equipment and facilities available to the guests. The hotel is very clean, run by a friendly and helpful staff. We loved the pool and steam room, breakfast was always fresh and tasty , we recommend the hotel for families or couples looking for a quiet place to stay.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed and I could hear the party next to us during the night. Price could be lower for the standard.

It was a little uncomfortable that the administrator did not give us the door code, so there was one entrance card for two and we could not move around the territory alone when someone was in the room. The second not very convenient point is that there is no place in the room at the entrance where to put wet shoes. we were there a couple of days ago in January, and there was quite a lot of snow outside when we entered the room for the first time, there were puddles left behind that we had to clean up ourselves so as not to spread the dirt throughout the entire apartment, putting shoes in the common hallway didn’t seem like the best idea to me.

The location, apartments and spa were great, breakfast was quite nice too! I also liked the interior, it was very cozy. We had the rest we wanted, we hope to get into a separate house next time. The girl administrator is good, although we had a language barrier, since we don’t speak Polish, but overall everything was fine.

More to follow the service that washes bathrobes. The bathrobe was unusable - we bring our own so I didn't advertise. However, I believe it would have been replaced immediately with apologies. The beds are a tragedy. There were only two of us but we used all the "sleeping arrangements" available. Upstairs bed for two - unusable. The bed by the TV upstairs is not for sleeping. Lower bed quite adequate but still quite small. An investment in beds would be very beneficial.

Beautiful quiet surroundings by the forest. Great staff. Amazing accommodation. Possibility of unlimited use of the infrared sauna in the cottage. Beautifully lit environment at night - wonderful romance. Breakfast tastes great, however, lacks a little sweeter selection of jams, croissant .... And if there was another, smaller TV at the bottom, it would be perfect :). Oh, and I highlight the possibility of connecting chromecast to the TV. WIFI connection great and fast even for watching movies. Linen clean and fragrant. Tidy, coffee machine great and coffee excellent - they give you as much coffee and tea as you drink on request. Overall rating, despite some shortcomings - great.

Beautiful surounding. Very nice, with both indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and a room for the small children. Close to a convinience store and the personel could also cook dinner for us. The breakfast was excellent.

Location is amazing remote trails just on your doorstep we loved it! Family friendly. We had a deluxe apartment which was perfectly comfortable for a family of 4. Facilities, although some are charged as extra are top notch. The wood fired heated hot tub was fantastic! Staff are super helpful. The absolute best thing is the trails on the doorstep walked to Budniki, played in the river/streams dis some damn building. You really feel a part of nature at this place!

Could do with coffee machine for more coffee options and some juice for kids but in overall very happy with breakfasts.

Rooms were very clean and easy access to everything. Staff very helpful and quick response when we needed some help with TV. Views are amazing, very quiet being literally in a forest. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice for everyone.

- when we arrived heating at chalet was turned off, so it was super cold in there (around 15 °C). It took us around 3 hours to warm the building up. Consider this when travelling in winter. - there was no changing room in the welness area in the main building, and as we have been told, we supposed to walk there in slippers and robes. It was realy problem since it was -10 outside.

We have spent 2 night at chalet and really enjoyed its interior, territory around the hotel (it is possible to walk in the woods), breakfest choice was limited, but very very tasty. Kids play room was a really great bonus since we have been travelling with our baby girl. + Easy check in and check out + all doors can be opened with a code provided to us at reception, that is really comfy.

Personel cannot speak English, even the recetionist...I mean, we are Czechs, we can easily understand but what about Germans or other nationalities? If you have English slogan - "slow life apartmens" than you should speak at least little bit. But in today's technologies, Google translator app will certainly work. If you have a stroller, the only way to get to dining room in lower floor is through the stairs (no elevator) but not a big deal overall ;) Pillows could be thinner.

Very comfortable, small facility, close to forest, felt great. Spacious apartment, sauna in bathroom was pretty much appreciated. Forrest view and patio we just superb. I could play football with junior, practice yoga with my wife or had a chat with glass of wine. Smart TV with Netflix is great detail. Benefit is outdoor as well as indoor swimming pool. Children friendly, great breakfasts. Based on our Instagram stories, some of our friends already asked anout this wonderful place and we recommended to them (I assume I should send Lesna Kapiel invoice for influencer marketing :))) - just a joke ;) We really liked it a lot and want to come back soon.
