The two disadvantages are the lack of Wi-Fi on the TV and the network connection error, as well as objects in the house moving during the train ride, which is irritating.

We were absolutely okay with it but the sleeping area is designed in a way that could be hard to manage for someone with special needs. But you can see how it looks in the pictures. The only thing that is strange and could be fixed is the space between the bed and the window. It's possible to fall if you move actively while sleeping.

Nice room with everything needed for a short trip. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, beautiful view. A Nespresso machine was nice for a cup of coffee in the morning, as well as a kettle for an evening tea. Very good location: you’re practically on the tourist street, but at the very quiet part of it, so it's not noisy. Close to the railway station. Very detailed information about arrival and check-in. Like there is no way to misunderstand something. Even though we somehow managed to confuse the streets (totally our fault) and needed to call the hotel. They picked up quickly, in 15 seconds, and helped us with everything (it was late, almost 00:00).

Great hotel in the heart of the city center, walked from the train station in 10 minutes. Easy to get in, the lobby is clean and very nice and the building itself is amazing! Really liked the room with a cozy bed on the podium and a beautiful view from the window:) Breakfast in a good restaurant nearby. We will come again!

There was a free space behind the bed. Someone could fall there and get injured. I’d suggest something over it so someone doesn’t get injured.

It was hard to have a shower with the small portions of liquid provided in the bags in the bathroom. It was not possible to wash hands (no dispatcher). Small bottles with shampoo and shower gel would be better and more practical. No wardrobe in the room!!! The clothes need to stay in the suitcase.

The breakfast included in the price of the room is served at Browar Mariacki. The basic menu included in the price is quite small but for extra charge you ca have the full buffet.

The baluster next to the apartment probably needs checked as it doesn't feel too safe. Thankfully we were travelling light with an overnight small bag only - should I have known in advance that the apartment was on a third floor (very high ceilings) without a lift and we travelled with more substantial luggage, I would probably reconsider or ask for a second floor apartment (there is one in the building). Also new (and more!) pillows are required; there was only one, very flat pillow per person, which was not very comfortable.

The location was great (less than 10 minutes to the railway station and less than 20 min to Spodek), clean and functional bedroom and communal area. Nice interior design. Good breakfast.

The remote control of the air conditioner was lost, so the room was quite hot. On the day of the thunderstorm, the window leaked water onto the windowsill of the apartment. Luckily I noticed this and put the towel under. I reported this to the staff. The internet wasn't best for working.

Comfortable bed and compact room. It was nice to watch programs on TV. The breakfast serving was nice including.

We were unlucky and our neighbor was a young guy who thinks the hotel room is his party club. Friday: he listened to very loud music all day even after 10pm, then his friends came and started drinking and were very noisy. Saturday: same as Friday but the big party started at 01:00 and was louder, also more than 8 people were in the suite. So we called the owner to see what was going on because we couldn't sleep the second night. The owner sent a man who turned them off in 30 minutes. Sunday: Probably this neighbor was kicked out and it was quiet all day and night - a happy ending for us.

Place was very clean and beautiful, everything was good.

Not suitable for people with limited mobility - place has stairs like 100 y.o. Also, be sure to book early entry if you wish to arrive before check-in - the code works 3pm on the dot.

The room was a nice size, perfect condition. Location is the best - walking distance from main train station, and the streets nearby are filled with shops, caffes, and restaurants. Proximity to a Cathedral - bonus point. Look out for place across the street (Bar a Boo) - amazing pizza :)
