Late check in. Even though it was clearly written that check in is after 16h, I asked if there is any chance for me to enter the room in the morning or as soon as possible. I asked it one week before my arrival so the staff had enough time to organize it if they wanted to. They refused to help and I could enter the room after 16h. It's okay if you don't mind carrying your suitcases all around the city or paying in coins at the luggage lockers.

The room was really cozy and nice, clean, everything was as described, perfect location.

Not really the apartments fault but there was some construction taking place downstairs which started very early and quite noisy.

Flat 8 didn't like the stairs to each bedroom. Prefer one level. Just as well neither of us had any mobility issues

The location was perfect and felt very secure. A small but perfectly proportioned apartment for my partner and I. Had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great.

The beds are small and the rooms are compact, but it's all been designed very well, so for short trips it's fine (we stayed 4 nights and could certainly have managed for longer).

Fab location! On a busy road but you don't hear a thing in the rooms. Convenient for bars, restaurants, tourist sites and public transport. Easy self check in.

Great location, so close to the town square, clean and easy to find. Exceptionally quiet considering we were staying pretty much in the heart of the old town.

When I see Nespresso coffee machine in the room, I expect at least 2 capsules of coffee. You can't expect guests to travel with coffee capsules suitable for different brands of coffee machines.

Location was fantastic! Lovely clean apartment. Literally could walk everywhere from here. Nice and quiet yet right in the centre! But absolutely loved. Highly recommended

The room was very spacious and clean. It did also have all necessary appliances. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants around the properties, so very easy to have nice meals and snacks all day long. The property is located in a walking distance from the market square and majority of sightseeing sites.

The location is top-notch. It was clean and had everything you'd need for a short stay. Modern and new furniture, lots of light and very informative, detailed and responsive host. The shortcomings. The blowdrier tended to overheat and shut down easily, which kinda sucks in -4 weather. The other thing is there is no bathroom privacy due to the huge gap in the door above the threshold, but we noticed bathroom doors are like this everywhere we stayed in Poland. Overall, great place.

The apartment is perfectly located, right in the heart of Krakow, with plenty of restaurants and stores around. Easy check-in and check-out.

There was no one around to ask questions to or get supplies from (toilet paper and towels).

The location was great, especially during Christmas time as it was so close to the Christmas market. The apartment is secure as codes are needed at both entry doors. The apartment had a functioning heater and it was very quiet so we always got a good nights sleep. Easy check in process and no need to wait for a host in order to get your keys.

The stairs are steep and would be unsuitable for a family, we weren't warned about this. It was okay for our group but other visitors should be told if they're being allocated apartment 8
