The apartment is right to the main entrance to the building,people coming in and out slamming the massive door. It went all quiet around midnight so I could eventually get to sleep.

Nice specious apartment,very clean the linens were fresh and smells nice. Very close to the city centre right next to glorious Wawel castle. The only thing was I received the email with all information how to get in and PIN 2 days after the stay !! We couldn’t get in, had to ring the number which took a while as we were waiting to be sorted my child had the meltdown that we can’t open the door and my OT was wondering around as desperately needed toilet:)

-entrance to the apartment was very dark, so had to juggle getting the phone flashlight on, while carrying luggage, on stairs -pictures a little misleading. 2a is not big enough for 4 adults to be comfortable. Would recommend only for 2 adults and maybe 2 children as pullout is SMALL.

We stayed in 2a and couldn’t ask for a better location! -property was very clean -ideal stay for two adults. -excellent instructions from staff regarding entry I to the building and the apartment -working fridge and microwave

Air conditioning was not provided. The toiletries were not available. The staff could communicate through the email, since not all travelers have Polish Sim-cards.

Relatively quick response to the texts. The location was golden. Very quick to reach The Wawel Castle and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Both the fridge & freezer weren't working. when we opened the fridge, a terrible odour spread all over the place. we had a hard time airing it out.

Apartment is very nice and clean. Furniture is in vintage style and when you look through the window and see Wawel you have feeling that you are in old time Krakow. Location is the best you have every part of Kwakow 10 - 15 minutes walking and you can feeling vibes and taste Krakow.

The apartment looked nothing like the amazing pictures. Cheap modern furniture, uncomfortable bed, lacking a table to eat at. Not enough wall plugs - you'd either plug in the fridge or the AC. Watch out for residents-only parking in the area, and make sure you find a usable parking spot.

The location is amazing. Kitchenette well equipped.

the entrance to the building was drabby . didn't know how to open the front door, It was stressful standing there as I was travelling with my mom who is of age. I had to call servis; the instruction how to get in were not clear. the inside hallway was very dark and the light to get to the apartment was not working. I had to use my phone flash light, broke $100 glasses as they fell down in the dark on the steps. Photos of the apartments are mixed up and taken in wide angle, second room was really a hallway to the bathroom, not for sleeping. we ended up sleeping in the same bed.

the location next to the Wawel castle was great. the furniture was very nice and cared for, kitchenette was just fine. it was clean and the big bed was super comfortable comfortable.

Our apartment wasn't an actual apartment - it was a lobby+ one small room built into a tiny apartment. When you opened the front door, you stumbled against the bed. Couldn't use the washing machine as well. Someone was wacooming at 7 in the morning and the walls were as thin as paper.

The location and design of the apartment were good.

Scam. Broken stuff - not working or fake electric stove, broken lockers. Room size in description is 45m, in reality - not more than 30m. A lot of spiders, dirty room. Appartment entrance door has a gap at the bottom of about 4 cm - so everybody can hear and see you. Dangerous - a big crack in the wall, pipes sticking out of the wall. Tiny bed - if your height is more than 170cm, then your feet will be hanging off the bed. Climate control is not effective. Awful balcony. Service ignores claims. Early checkout. No elevator. No reception.

I book this apartments, because it was close to the city center, and in the mentioned price was included car parking and breakfast. Unfortunately, for car parking we had to pay 20 Eur., and for tree people it is not suitable for sleeping, or one bed had to be replaced, witch is lather and completely not siutable for comfortable flickering, so we had to sleep in a double bed tree person.

Everything would be great except for the fact that upon the entry to the apartment all you could smell was petrifying sewer stench from the toilet. I had to keep every door shut so it won’t spread around the apartment. Another problem I’ve noticed - cobwebs everywhere. You could find them on the walls, in the shower, hanging from the chandeliers… literally everywhere. Last downside of this apartment was faulty big shower head. There was a great huge shower that was not working properly… such a huge disappointment to find out that you have to use small shower head instead of bigger one…

The staff was very helpful from the beginning of my stay. The location of the apartment was just fabulous - I was looking at the Wawel Castle out from my windows. It was very close to the market square which made my life way easier since I was spending most of my time in the city centre.

Apartment quite small. Good for short stay if occupied by 4 people. So high temperature in bathroom and you can't control it. There are a door to the another apartment in the kitchen and you can hear everything even silent conversation.

Nice location. just by the Wawel Castle and 10 minutes to Main Square and Kazimierz district.
