The seating in the apartment was poor. Only one desk chair and the bed to sit on for relaxing. The kitchen bar chairs were comfortable, but the wrong height to eat at the counter. The general decor is very “sterile”, no warm colors, artwork, or warmth about the apartment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hour reception is a real plus. The location near the tram line is great. Bed was comfortable. Linens, appliances, and dishes/utensils were good quality.

Really the best hotel i ever been, everything was great. Rooms clean, comfy they have a lot a space. They have all the service wich are enough for nice stay. Location is close to the city center.

Slight musty smell in the room.

Everything was perfect during our stay! The staff was exceptionally responsive and helpful, making our experience very enjoyable. The only minor issue was a slight musty smell. Other than that, it was an ideal stay!

Just one small thing - coffee machine was not working properly. It starts but suddenly stop working after a minute or two. It seems it is overheating.

-When you open the windows there are lots of mosquitoes -The shower was leaking -Only one small mirror in the apartment (located in bathroom)

I think it could be explain at the arrivals that rooms are cleaned upon request. We had to ask for clarification. The towels could be offered after 2-3 days for free, without need to pay.

Location is perfect, close to the tram station, and you are not disturbed by noise. There is a view to trees, although not stunning. The superior studio is spacious and has all needed facilities. The garage is spacious and easy to enter and leave (gate opens by calling a phone nr). The flat is equipped for start(towels, toilet paper, tablets for a dishwasher ) Informatively, the room is not serviced, only upon request. Which is fine. The crew is polite.

Good facilities within the apartment with plenty of space and fantastic parking. Joanna on the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with local information. It was an inexpensive Uber ride down to the castle and then a very pleasant one way walk back through all major attractions from there to the accommodation.

Everything was perfect. Location is awesome. It is near bus/train station but not so “near” to be burdened with noise. Quite opposite actually - it is quiet. I especially like that there are instructions for everything (garbage sorting, washing, air-conditioner) you might want to use. There is a restaurant with tasty offers. And wine bar if you want to have a nice winetime in your apartment. I stayed 3 times and will choose again for sure.

Very large two bedroom apartment, two toilets, large bathroom and kitchen, very well equipped. Clean and quiet location but less then 20 min walk to the main town square. Also good underground parking which is easily accessible.comfortavle and friendly staff.

Low quality toiletries.

All the staff that I met are very friendly and helpful - especially Joanna, who helped us a lot to arrange the tour to Auschwitz and Wieliczka. The studio has a spacious bathroom and very well-equipped kitchen. The location is also good - within a walking distance to the old town, close to restaurants and grocery stores, tram stop is 2-minute walk away. Absolutely recommended!

Luxury apartman close to city centre. Parking inside object - underground. All necessary Staff available in apartment.

Very good location. Clean and spacious room. All necessary equipment's there for you, even ironing board. Staff always helpful, especially Joanna made our stay very pleasant. The bed very comfortable and also extra sofa in our room.
