This place is amazing. I spend a weekend there, the personal is quite friendly and helpful. The site is easy to arrive by bus or walking from the train station. The place is peaceful and clean. The breakfast available is good.

In the hotel nothing, but unfortunatelly a lot of people don't speak english in Poland, so the communication is a little bit hard.

Bed was a little hard and my partners bed had a few springs digging into him. Breakfast was very poor. We went here during freezing snowy weather so would have expected some hot food.... like scrabble eggs etc... just because you put cut up French stick with ham on it into a banmari doesn't make it cooked "hot" breakfast. Breakfast consisted of very random things that you wouldn't normally put together, there was eggs in different ways but no option for hot...

Great location (on main road to centre of town). Friendly reception staff. Fast check in. Able to hold bags until check in time if you arrive early. Lovely jacuzzi and spa facilities. Pool table for entertainment.

The local people are not speaking English at all. Even in the restaurants, there are more places where we were unable to see a menu table in English, just in Polish language.

The breakfast was fine and filling enough, also the neighbourhood and the streets of Zakopane are like a fairy tale.

It was no shower gel in the bathroom, but luckily we brought from home.

The breakfast was super, the staff was very kind and helpful. The distance from the centre is about 5-10 minutes. If we go back to Zakopane, we'll book here again.

The fridge was not the most efficiënt.

Staff (Marcin, Iwona, Karolina, Andrzej and Staszek) are kind and professional, always ready to help and give advice. Good and quiet location, close to city center and hiking trails (dolina's) and near bus stops for excursions. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables and tasty pastry. Comfortable rooms with fridge, kettle, tea... and good bed. Lovely spa with great facilities. Supermarket opposite the hotel. I recommend this accomodation, without hesitation. 👍🙂

Zakopane is a very busy town and the hotel is on a main street so there is some road noise. Closing the windows works fine and it's quiet enough to sleep well, so it didn't spoil our stay (September 2023). In the summer it may get too hot though.

Location is good for both walking into town and to the hiking trails. Ample on site car parking, car park monitored with cameras. Room size OK and comfy bed, showers work well. Breakfast is OK, they do provide a good packed breakfast for early starts. The spa facilities can be booked on an hourly basis, all for yourselves. Great after a long hike.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location is great. It is very close to Krupowki, the main street in the area. The bus stop to Morskie Oko, Kasprowy Wierch and other attractions of the Tatra National Park is across the street of the hotel. There are convenience stores about 5 minutes walk. it has a free parking.

As the biggest advantage I consider the location and cleanliness of the accommodation. Staff was very helpful and friendly, providing useful information about local transport/tips for trips etc. The spa area consists of sauna, salt chamber, steam and spacious jacuzzi - spa needs to be booked at least 1 hour in advance, but we haven't experienced any difficulties with that. Breakfast was excellent! We trully recommend this accommodation.

Very nice place to stay in my opinion. Room was nice and comfortable and breakfast also quite good. Hotel also had a exceptionally good sauna/bathing area (had e.g. jacuzzi, salt room and steam room). Staff also nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay in here.

Wheelchair access was difficult but doable since my wife can manage a reasonable number of stairs. More electrical outlets for charging would be nice.

went in peak season so was a bit pricey for a two person room. Shower also needs renovating, shower head didn’t work well and there were a few leaks. However the one in the spa was lovely!

It's very "no frills" Some shower gel and shampoo a couple of glasses in the room would have been good. Main comment - instant coffee is not cool. Put out a filter machine or similar. It'd really be appreciated.

Really comfortable basic hotel in a very good location close to the centre. Friendly staff and really good food for breakfast.
