Nothing that a reasonable person could dislike about this hotel

The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room that we got included a lounge, bathroom and bedroom; all of good size. The whole hotel was excellently decorated. The hotel is well located with easy access to restaurants and other food outlets. Most of the towns “items to see” are within a miles walking distance.

I would have preferred the ability to lower the temperature in the room without opening the windows. May have just been user error on my end.

Nothing not to like....

Very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with very good coffee and freshly cooked pancakes, omelettes and scrambled eggs. Wine cellar with interesting wines. Good Italian restaurant in house. Location directly next to the castle and old town perfect to get a first impression of the city. I shall return.

Everything is done right. The location is amazing, right in the heart of old town. Fantastic breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, AC, elevator. It's all great.

Area is a little grubby being under lots of construction but in a couple of years you can see the potential.

Room was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with the eggs being cooked to order rather than being hot plated. although the hotel restaurant was not pen there were many in the close proximity.

The only small disapointment was that their own restaurant was curently not available due to renovation. However, as already mentioned sufficient alternative restaurants were available close by.

This was my second stay in this holtel. Just as previously experienced, over my 4 night stay this time, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is small enough that every guest is personnally known and still offers the level of service that larger hotels often provide, The cooked part of the breakfast was also always freshly prepared according to my personal wishes, unlike in mny hotels today. Crispy bacon was also always available. The location is also very good with numerous good restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast room was open, but the resturant was temporarily closed due to the renovation of the 1st Floor facilities. However, there were recommended resturants very close by. Although the cable TV was working, the Sattelite TV reception (more foreign channels) was poor / not available on 2 evenings.

The personnel were all very attentive and helpful. One felt welcome at at home

location, location, being a former resident of this beautiful city I’m so proud to see my hometown to offer so much to tourists coming from all over the World. I didn’t spend enough time to explore more, but the property location was so convenient to get around so many interesting places including Jazz nightclubs Bravo 👏

Everything was perfect- the breakfast was really good with lot of options, the room really big, with great facilities. Coffe & tea was available in the room, too. The location is perfect both for sightseeing, as well as business.

- accessibility is not good. There are 5 stairs before entering into the hotel - noise isolation is not good, we were hearing the talks from next door - parking space is paid (~10Euro / day) - there was no electricity plug next to the bed
