Poor variety of food at the breakfast buffet

The price is to high for the hotel in Torun. Entering doors not nice in use.

Torun is amazing historic-gothic city. And the Hotel is quite good example of adaptation of monument to the modern purposes. Room was comfortable, and breakfast very good. Staff - kind and helpfull.

the room was small for the price. the breakfast was till 10am but when came downstairs at 9:30 half of the food was gone (as in taken away by staff). the bed was double but rather then being one double mattress it was two singles with a topper which started moving after couple of days.

Could be more space in the bathroom for associeras. Also better pillow.

Friendly employees and very supportive. I forgot my ring after i checked out, anf it was no problem at all to get it back.

The price for the car park and the dog wasn’t included when we checked in - 65 zloty per day for a dog and 60 zloty per day for the car park which my opinion is expensive.

Typically rooms should have a kettle with tea/coffee or a stocked mini bar and this room didn't have those items. Also bathrobes and slippers are a nice touch for the rooms and those were not offered.

The location above all was excellent only footsteps away from the city center. The restaurant offered a beautiful view of the river and bridge. The staff was always friendly and professional and assisted us with every need quickly. Breakfast was tasty with many options and on Sunday morning the Prosecco was a nice touch. We spent time in the spa for the sauna and that was private and relaxing. The jacuzzi didn't look like it was working but we didn't ask for that service. Overall the stay was perfect for a nice city break in Torun.

Spiders, a lot of them. I had to dispose of 6 (very large) spiders in one evening. Girlfriend was having a meltdown. One huge one above the bed, two next to bed, huge one on the desk, another two huge ones on the curtains next to the bed. Regular/thorough hoovering would take care of it.

We got a room with windows o erlooki g the restaurant garden. There’s no curtain in the bathroom, so using it with light on was a bit uncofortable (impossible actually ;)) Other than that - all was great!

The hotel is beautiful, great location. The room is nice, spacious. Bonus point - although I’ve booked a single room the staff managed to change it to a double, even thougb it was last minute. Thanks!

Very tight and at times dark underground parking. Very few charging outlets inconveniently located away from beds.

Central location just outside the old city walls. Modern hotel with nice interior decor. Big TV set and comfortable beds. Modern bathroom. Helpful front-desk staff.

Nothing that we disliked BUT a rotation of the dinner menu would have been appreciated and would have encouraged us to eat there more.

Absolutely everything! This hotel is now our preferred choice when visiting Torun and we enjoyed our stay very much. - Staff were ALL wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff, the restaurant staff, the staff at the bar and also the spa were helpful, efficient, friendly and keen to help in any way they could. - Rooms were light, spacious and very clean. The mini bar was stocked and had room for extra drinks and chocolate. The in room safe was free to use and the little touches (enough hangers, a shoe horn, sewing kit etc) were all very welcome. - The bathroom was fully stocked with lovely toiletries and amenities. The shower was nice and powerful and the water hot all times of the day. - Housekeeping serviced the rooms to a very high standard, every day. They worked quietly and thoughtfully in the mornings, and worked with a smile. - Spa was a nice peaceful retreat! Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. It was easy to book a slot with reception and we were able to use it every day of our stay. The WiFi was excellent in all areas of the hotel and the communal areas in the hotel were clean, comfortable and a good area chill away from your room with a cup of complementary tea or coffee which was available all day long.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and location was also good for getting back and forth to workplace. Also surrounding area was very scenic and enjoyable.

Staff went above and beyond despite computer challenges. Room was perfect. Hotel is perfectly located with easy parking and access to the old town. Great breakfast too.
