The appartment is in a great location and so easy to get to! I was a bit nervous that they text the details of how to enter the property with the codes for the doors but all went really smoothly, also liked that the nearby hotel can be used for reception if needed and for breakfast.

The air con isn’t very strong and the pillows were not the comfiest.

Amazing location, right round the corner from the main square. Very easy to find and get in to. The facilities and cleanliness were extremely good, they provide towels and shower gel/shampoo. There is a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine which they supply the coffee and tea for, just not the milk. There is also a fridge.

The property was spacious very sound proof for being in a busier part of the main square, staff were great Igor was there if you needed him, had a problem with the electrics and the lift was out but we went out most of the day by the time we came back to the apartments it was all sorted, very clean apartment and has everything you need for a comfortable few days in krakow

Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied with the issue of cleanliness. The outside of the toilet seat was very dirty. We sent them a message and they said they would clean it the next day. We stayed 3 days and they never came to clean.

A little noisy at night due to it's proximity to shops, bars and restaurants.

I had breakfast at Hotel Unicus, which is across the road from N33 Premium Apartments. Food was varied, plentiful and very tasty. Service was excellent too.

The one and really only difficult aspect (and this is not the accomodation's fault at all) is the loud music played by a night-opening kebap stand on Florianska street which part of my room was facing. Barely hearable with windows closed. Possibly a real drawback in warmer nights.... (I would still book with the place again!) (Extremely nice staff and very, very good in every other aspect!)

In all respect (and really all!) very nice, tastefully furnished old-town accomodation with great amenities in easy-to-reach location!

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean, comfortable, beautiful, and in a wonderful location. It was very close to cafes, bars, a mini market, and attractions! Any questions or clarifications I had from the moment I booked the accommodation until the last day, there was an immediate response via email. If I visit Krakow again, I will definitely stay at this accommodation again! Thank you. 🤍

The shower seemed a little bit broken, we weren't able to use it on full power without it making a lot of noise and the pipes would move and bang around. I think one of the pipes was loose and not closed correctly. But it was still possible to use the shower. You can also hear a lot of noise from the streets from the bars down below especially if you're staying around the weekend which personally did not bother me, but I can see if someone is a light/early sleeper would definitely bother them.

Perfect location if you're looking for a quick 3-5 day trip around Krakow. Situated right in the Old Town, not a far walk at all from the centre of the Old Town (5 mins). Many amenities are located nearby too. Super handy getting in and out of the place as you don't deal with any staff, it's your apartment room for the whole time there.

The location is very good as it is near the main square of Krakow. Cozy room and comfortable bed. That's the perfect duo. The room in general provided all the necessities. I definitely recommend this place.

Somewhat difficult to find the entrance as it was located on another street instead of the one in the address. The front door is also a little difficult to push open - you need some strength and the right timing.

Great location right in the old town, and less than 5 minutes walk to the square with St Mary’s Basilica. Despite how central it was, the room was very quiet as it faces a smaller street. Small kitchenette, clean bathroom - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
