The kitchen was a bit unclean. We did not read the description carefully and did not notice that the oven was not in the description, even if it is in the photo :(

The location is nice, easy to reach by public transport/taxi. Very warm apartment! The host was always available to answer any questions I had.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property. Only a couple of minor things to mention. There was no instructions for controlling the heating, the apartment was cosy and always had hot water which was a bonus but could be unbearably hot at night. There was no oven tray available in the apartment which would have been useful. A toaster would be a good addition to the kitchen facilities too. Overall the apartment was amazing but could be bettered with these additions.

Good location close to shopping mall with a large supermarket. Very clean and comfortable apartment with easy to follow arrival instructions and very secure building.

The deposit - I haven't found any information about it when I was making a reservation, yet they blocked 300 zł on my card. It's not that I was against it, yet such information should be provided up front. You could see that the flat was cleaned before our arrival but only in 'strategic places' like beds and tables. The rest of the flat (furniture, window sills, floor corners around the TV set could do with a bit more cleaning.

The apartment is perfect for a bigger group of people, it's comfortable and quiet. Everybody can sit together in the livingroom and spend time together. Fresh bed linen and towels were waiting for us.

The flat consisted of the bedrooms and a shared kitchen with table and chairs which did not have a window. The apartment did not have a sitting room.

The place is quite central with good transport connections. It is very near to Westfield shopping centre. The rooms were of a good size with a desk and one of the bedrooms en suite.

It was hard to contact the host after we'd left the property to ask about the deposit, eventually they did get back to us and let us know that it was a pre authorisation charge and the money was "released from hold" around 23 days after we'd checked out.

Great location right next to a Westfields shopping mall and also a local Mcdonalds and corner shop. Lots of scooters surrounding the area so it was easy to move around. The host let us be and only came to see us once to show us how to take the bins out.

Extra charge for use of the apartment's allocated parking bay seemed excessive but this was stated clearly up front so it was transparent and expected. . Broken fan, which we luckily didn't need but broken bed base left us short 1bed. We specificall paid for a place with enough beds that nobody must sleep on a sleeper couch so this was frustrating and we felt a discount would have been appropriate as we didn't get what we'd paid for and they couldn't fix or replace it before we left. A misunderstanding of the place to leave the key was handled extremely rudely by the staff (they had confirmed, in writing, when we double-checked the location where we should leave the key). They took no responsibility when I showed them their message confirming the location we used. He simply shouted hysterically over the phone. (Luckily, we had only dealt with his colleague until that point, who was lovely).

The level of cleanliness was very lacking, particularly in the kitchen and the kettle was moldy. The shower door sealer needs to be replaced which led to lots of water leaking out of the shower when showering.

The apartment was close to Westfield Arkadia Shopping Centre and all necessary towels and sheets were provided.

The 3. Room was very very little without door with a sofa instead of a normal bed. The mattress was very worn out one side, it was very uncomfortable.
