Not sure how accessible it is for everyone, stairs leading into reception area. Could feel a little claustrophobic within the hotel as more intimate than spacious.

Pillows very hard ,maybe a softer pillow left in Wardrobe would be good idea

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful Staff , 5 mins walk to the square , set on a quiet street , our room was very clean and comfortable , breakfast was good but need to arrive early otherwise the hot food is cold otherwise all good

I'm being very picking here but the kettle power point wasn't working so had to use the power point on the floor but not a issue.

The hotel was clean and a great location the staff was outstanding and very helpful the breakfast was satisfactory.

the room was on top floor with sloped roof i am 6foot 2 and it cut off half the room i have to bend down to get to. there was only 2 roof windows to open so wasnt really the best room for me

Was expecting access to a coffee machine in our room. There should have been a machine in the foyer. However we were allowed to take from the breakfast room even though we didn’t have breakfast included. Not keen on electric sockets and lights turning off when you are not in the room, as you cannot charge iPads etc during the day when you are out, also I popped out to get a coffee in the morning and left my partner in the room, and the lights all went off while I was gone with the only room key.

Great location, less than 10 mins walk into main square of Old town. Pretty quiet at night. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern and with good facilities. Plenty bottled water available. We booked the apartment and it was nice to have a little lounge extra. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The bedroom window didn’t open for fresh air. The towels were a little rough and not big enough for my husband .

The only thing missing was a bar to relax with nightcap before bed. I understand that there is minimal space in reception area for this, and a bottle of wine is available from reception if you want to consume in your room but this option was not for us.

Excellent location, short walk from town square. Breakfast was very good quality and reasonable variety. Comfortable room, excellent shower with nice fragranced shower gel. Tea tray refreshed every day with nice coffee. Extra coffee available upon request at reception. A packed breakfast was provided for for early transfer to airport.

The room was very warm. It has air conditioning but this didn't seem possible to change (although admittedly we didn't ask for help so it could have been user error).

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us (particularly to provide a breakfast bag when we had an excursion picking us up at 6.10!

Would have liked a lounge area where you could relax & get a coffee or drink but it wasn't an issue

Perfect location from the main square with a walk of 10 minutes. Nice cafes, restaurants & shops along the way. I felt safe walking around the area.

The only thing about my room was that my windows were to high and we where not able to use or see out of them, when I booked the room on Booking. Com I was given the opportunity for an upgrade for a fee , but in the description it did not mention view so I left it ,knowing I would have got a view, I would have paid the extra.

Location was perfect, Good choice for Breakfast staff very welcome and helpful Definitely would return.
