I liked everything about the hotel! It is contemporary, has great facilities with a pool and a spa and a lovely garden for the summer.

I thought that the hotel was contemporary and stylish throughout from the main lobby to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom was incredibly spacious with a large balcony with seating. The breakfast was exceptional. There was almost too much choice!

Hotel bar wasn't 24 hours. Fridge in the room wasn't the best and there was no ice machine for guest to use.

Not having a fridge we could yous in our room and the shower/tap water smelt quite bad.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was amazing. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The free glasses of Prosecco for not getting room service was great and the lavender for bed time was a lovely touch.

The WiFi did cut out quite a lot so ended up using 4G majority of the time. I could also hear people walking around loudly upstairs and in the hallway but wasn’t unbearable

Such great facilities and hotel and our room were so so clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was vast. My partner and I are both vegan and found there to be good options for us. I will definitely come back and urge others to stay here!

The whole hotel was fabulous, great location and the rooms are a lovely size, although the breakfast as pricey compared to other places in Poland the options were also fantastic and the quality of food and ingredients were also as good! Thank you so much for your hospitality

Perfect bus stop into krakow is outside the hotel takes 5 mins to get to the centre, perfect hotel pool wax exceptionally clean and wax never busy room itself was jmaculate, hotel lobby very impressive, concierge went over and above for my requests superb service

Would highly recommend! It was in a perfect location just a 10 minute taxi ride into the main square that cost around £2.50, you can get the tram which is right outside for around 80p or you can walk which takes around 25 minutes Rooms were beautiful, cleaned everyday with fresh bottles of water and coffee machine Breakfast was extra but we did pay one morning when we were going out on a trip and it was great with so much choice They have charging points and a free coffee machine in the main reception area One night they even had bags of lavender to take upto bed with you to help you sleep A luggage room located behind the reception desk to keep your belongings safe if you needed once checked out

The location was perfect, far enough away from the centre to be quiet, but close enough to walk in 20-30 mins. Lovely room, felt like an upgrade as we had a large balcony and lots of space. The bed was comfy and the amenities were great!

This is literally the best Hotel I’ve stayed in. Everything about the hotel screams relaxation. The location is great, the rooms are super big with balconies and the breakfast is the cherry on the top. Didn’t explore the pool nor the Spa options but I’m sure they are great. I’ll be staying in this hotel anytime I visit Krakow.

The shower is not completely enclosed. I tried to stay in the area behind the glass but it seemed like half the water went into the drain and the rest of it ran out the opening into the bathroom. A little bit of it trickled under the door into the living area.

Could not ask for anything better. It had everything you would want for breakfast.

We were given an upgrade when we arrived the room was so spacious and really nice and modern. The hotel inside is beautiful too, we found both reception and bar staff really friendly and helpful. The receptionists were amazing at finding us a driver for the day so that we could visit Auswitz. We only had breakfast once as we went and explored a lot but had lots of choice. The pool area was clean and perfect for relaxing in after a long day. The location is also really good for getting into the centre we mainly used the scooters but used the tram a few times too which is located outside the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and each day the room was clean and tidy so thank you. We loved the room service churros and hot chocolate too.
