Our flight wasn’t until the evening, and after we checked out we asked if we could still use the facilities for the rest of the day and they said no which was a bit annoying.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and spacious. Room was lovely. Outdoor pool was huge.

Rooms very small and cramped but I guess they’re mini suites after all. Unusual range hood without much purpose in the kitchen/ensuite. No tea coffee facilities at all and mini fridge not cold enough to chill drinks

Needs upgrade for good quality pillows and beddings. Maybe having a hotel food service and not just a nearby ramen restaurant which only start serving full menu at 10am will provide greater convenience for more guests

Great location and very convenient place to stay in Makati. Practical choice for a short yet comfortable stay. You get the best value for money considering its price. Nearby to malls and parks as well as hospital.

I was supposed to work here but I did not expect the wifi to be slow, therefore my work trip became a leisure trip instead. The refrigerator is outdated (can’t chill drinks inside), and there’s no small desk for a laptop.

I liked how it’s near to the restaurants and malls. We had a room view facing Dela Rosa street, although facing Rufino/Ayala would’ve been nice too! I liked how they designed the comfort room.

Staff were not helpful. We asked for shuttle service to pick us up from the airport, we were waiting for nearly an hour and had to ask a local to call the number given to us as we don’t have local service, they also charged us more than it actually costs, a grab ride to the airport is so much cheaper! When explained to the receptionist about what happened she told my boyfriend that if we get a refund with their poor shuttle service they will take it out of her salary, guilt tripping us and eventually just shrugged the whole thing off When we are about to check out and running to our flight back home, this other receptionist won’t let us leave until they checked the room we stayed in, we had a grab driver waiting for us and she was threatening us that she will charge us extra if they found any damages which is acceptable but they have my card details they could’ve just done that after we left but she and the security was holding us from leaving the premises like we did something wrong when we were just checking out! And yes they did not charged us in the end because we are not messy and good guests but we felt like we were treated so poorly

They asked for a deposit per night per room. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights which means i have to deposit 6k!!! The room isnt even new. Ive stayed at diff hotels and they never asked for deposit. The receptionists are not friendly they dont even smile.

The room was smaller; it wasn't something that would spoil our stay, but sometimes it did feel a little cramped.

Located in Makati, the best location in Manila, trust me. The hotel is easily accessible to nearby parks and shopping centers. This neighborhood is very clean and safe. On weekends, there are markets nearby, such as the Salcedo Weekend Market, and excellent cafes like Habitual Coffee.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t properly cleaned… I found hair s along the floor of the room all tangled up and just freely left there.. I wasn’t sure if the bed linen was change as it didn’t look freshly as I was expecting it to be.. I have always returned to this hotel as it is very convenient for me and location is perfect.

Cleanliness - first room we were given wasn’t clean. It had live bugs on the bed!

The overall hotel was okay for what it was and pretty adequate for what we needed. But, our second time staying here the room we got sent to had bugs on the bed and the floor - it wasn’t cleaned properly. We told them and they had sent us to another room promptly. The room was much better. And they dealt with the issue quickly.

• They do not have a viber/WhatsApp line - and because they're always busy, it's harder for us out-of-towners to contact them because the response time is slower • The mini-fridge was never cold, even the replacement one. I would suggest they replace it with a better functioning model. • the TV mount needs to be readjusted (or replaced) so my neck doesn't have to twist so much. • Housekeeping did a sweep and I thought I had everything. They didn't do a thorough sweep because I realised I left something behind. (This part is not a big issue by the way) I arrived early but I could not leave my other bag with them because they did not have a safe space for valuables. I understood, but I was just exhausted from a red-eye flight.

I loved the location and convenience. The staff were generally helpful, and they always cleaned-up well.
